4/10 一般般

Theo place is very accessible for a night to stay in. It’s next to the highway is very convenient. This place need maintenance, repairs, the sheets on the bed are not so clean. Their hold got stained. The pillows are duty and stained. Reap floors, The elevator looks like a horrible movie elevator. I did like their water pressure on the shower.

Clean place very quiet the only thing I can say that I had a little bit of issue with it at first was the error the air conditioning but it finally started working better

2/10 不太好

Front desk sat empty for 40 minutes and had a line of frustrated customers when we arrived. We made reservations through hotels.com and they did not honor them and told us we would not be able to check in until the next day when they claimed check in were still opened. Contacted customer service for a refund and have yet to receive it weeks later after I was promised one.
