No hair dryer. I had to use the A/C-Heater to dry my hair. After a long day you would think the bed would be made. No clean pillow cases or sheets. Room was not vacuumed. Carpet & fixtures have seen better days. Cover to the remote was missing. I don't think their own corporate CEO would stay here.

Don’t stay here.
Terrible stay. I do not recommend this hotel. Dirty. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned. I can tell room hasn’t been vacuumed. Nerds by the wall/bed. Vents full of dust. Disgusting. Small hole in bed sheet. Elevator disgusting. Single bar of soap. One rag that looked dirty. I swear our beds were just made from previous people and that was it. Hall floors terrible condition. I haven’t stayed in this poor of a place ever. Staff is unprofessional and don’t appear like they know the job. One maid seen, but not heard cleaning rooms in the morning. Oh and trash In our sink like plastic lids they’ve never cleaned out. Disappointed in our stay is an understatement.

Frustrating
Check in was @ 3 we went to check in at 3:45 but we had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby because they weren't done cleaning the room . Room was sort of clean, the bathroom little mirror was really dirty and when we pulled out the hide a bed there was old q-tips under it. Had an issue with the bathtub and when we asked if someone could fix it that night we were advised that nobody was available to fix anything that night. We will not be going back here.

Breakfast was great! Room was okay for a one night stay. Hallways can use some major work. The night staff when I checked in were great! However, I could not say the same for the lady for the morning shift. She was very rude. For some reason my key would not open my door after having breakfast. I go to the service desk where she had a small sign saying “be back in 5 min” so I waited and waited even past the 5 min so rang the little service bell and she came out from one of the back rooms and asked me rudely what I needed. I told her what I needed she frustratedly fixed the issue and aggressively removed the bell and went back to the back room. Furthermore, when I checked out I asked if I could please get a receipt she stated she couldn’t give me one. I think I would have rated this place better if it weren’t for her.

Needs to be cleaned.
The front desk wouldn't check me in at first. I was having issues with the online check in, so the receptionist made me go back and try and get it to work instead of checking me in herself. I never got the extra pillows or towels I asked for. The room was comfortable and quiet, but the room was quite dirty. The shower head was gross and had weird dirt smudges on the wall that were not wiped off. There was even a straw wrapper left in the bathroom meaning they didn't sweep. The amount of dust wreaked havoc on my allergies. The only one who had great service was the breakfast attendant. She was pleasant, quick, and kept things well stocked.

Staff friendly and efficient check in and out quick and easy breakfast was better than the usual unfortunately, our toilet was difficult to flush, there were insufficient towels and no stopper for the tub all annoying, but not worth losing sleep over for a one night stay we have stayed here before, and will again

Mixed up my room payment with my daughters. TV never worked for more than 30 minutes. Never serviced my room. No hairdryer. Tub in my daughter's room wouldn't drain. Ice on only 1 floor - broken. Had to ask for towels for both rooms. Cold water both mornings in the the HOT water pot in the breakfast area. Need I say more?
