Where do I start? Check in was horrendous and time consuming even though the room was paid for a month in advance. They also charged my card again the day I checked out, so I was double charged and am now in the process of making a dispute with my bank. Customer service was lacking, the WiFi sucked, the coffee sucked, the water pressure and hot water were non existent, and there were issues with the door keys on multiple occasions. The rooms were cheap and clean but the property is run down and needs obvious repairs. Needless to say I will NEVER stay here again.

NO, room was NOT in good shape. TV never worked...even though three members of staff tried to fix it. Clock radio didn't work. Floor was sticky by sink. The hot tub was broken. Several locks at two rooms were obviously broken...and in pieces. Entry door at back of hotel was defective (with tape over it). Staff tried to be helpful. No one was there at checkout. Never got any paperwork to confirm card purchase. Floor in hallways looked wet and needed replacement. Whole motel needed work. Was promised a 10% discount due to TV issues. No proof we ever got it.

Stuff was courteous had a new computer program so it took much longer than usual was no ice bucket or glasses in room and there was no breakfast like was advertised before I chose to stay here

The room itself was decently clean but needed a few minor repairs, the free continental breakfast was non existent and when asked about it, they stated the policy was "changed 3 days ago, but not updated with Expedia." After asking about it, the engraved sign on the wall behind the desk was covered up with tape. The carpets looked like a trip hazard the way it wrinkled (wasn't pulled tight) and it was just an overall unpleasant experience.

Cable tv was not working as well as the public internet. Had to use the employee password and even that was sketchy. Breakfast was a joke. Room was ok, not dirty. Will not return.
