Not bad

The room was not bad though a little bit small. It was close to the central station so it was not quiet at night. The breakfast buffet didn't offer eggs. :(

地段靠近火车站，方便，但是比较脏乱差。酒店设施比较老旧，我螨虫过敏，一睡那个床就过敏，估计床单很脏。价格也不便宜。服务一般。

Horrible accommodation at Hamburg!

Avoid this place at all cost. This “hotel” is classified as a 3* hotel, but given it a 2* is way too generous. 1. When checking in the front desk person said that the room is very small and he offered us a upgrade to a larger room, but with a fee of EUR 35. We declined & he wanted us to offer a price. 2. We again declined and moved to a very tiny room, which is not even enough space to open the luggage. It is located at level 2 with no elevator. 3.The front desk didn’t want to help me with moving our luggage and we have to drag them up to very steep stairs. 4. The television isn’t working. 5. The toilet is very small and smells really bad. 6. No coffee making facilities in the room. 7. We bought the room with breakfast included. However it’s served not in this hotel but another one(Savoy Hotel) about 2 minutes walking distance away. When we walked there the next morning Savoy Hotel’s front door is locked from inside and no one was manning the front desk. We thus were not able to go in for breakfast. The next day we are able to go in as the front door is unlocked. However in the 3rd morning the door was again locked from inside. Fortunately one guest walked out to smoke and he gladly helped us. 8. We thus missed out 1 out of 3 breakfast & I hope hotels.com can look into this matter. 9. Lastly the area that this hotel is situated is located in a sleazy and dirty area. Rubbish are thrown along the streets and many dubious people.

The hotel is placed in a very rough area; if you are a single woman, do not book this hotel as it can be a nasty experience walking through the neighborhood. There is not a 24/7 reception though indicated - they seem to work only 11-18 on weekdays - and it is easy for someone to just go into the hotel since the door is open when someone IS there... though they're rarely at the desk to see if anyone enters. The room was not cleaned at 17 when we came home and at one point a homeless man was sleeping right outside the entrance, making it almost impossible to enter and leave. However, the staff was pleasant despite making us pay cash on arrival. Apparently their card machine hadn't arrived, so we had to take out money every day since the ATM's don't allow us to take out more than €200 a day. Since no one was at reception either, we didn't know who to deliver it to... Cannot recommend.

Hotelaufenthalt unfassbar

Das Hotel hat uns während Coronazeiten ein Klo auf dem Gang zur Verfügung gestellt das wir mit anderen Gästen teilen sollten. Wir hatten kein Eigenes Klo, ebenso sieht das Hotel garnicht so aus wie auf Bildern. Das Personal dort, konnte kaum Deutsch sprechen. Es war misserabel!

middelmådigt men ok.

alt i alt ikke noget prangende, men heller ikke noget virkeligt dårligt. Rengøringen var så om så, vi fandt gamle vingummier under sengen, edderkoppespind i krogene etc.

Das Zimmer war winzig, die Batterien der Fernbedienung waren leer (und wurden erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen getauscht) und im TV waren keine Sender gespeichert. Im Bad war ein oller Duschvorhang, es hat gestunken und beim Duschen stand alles unter Wasser. Licht konnte nur im Bad und Zimmer gleichzeitig angemacht werden, sodass man nachts alles beleuchten musste, wenn man ins Bad wollte. Im Nachbarzimmer herrschten ähnliche Zustände. Einzig positiv: nach Reklamation haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, was ok war

- sehr kleines, verstaubtes und renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer - keine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer - extrem hellhörig - nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche und WC für das ganze Stockwerk - schlechte Gegend (wurde zweimal auf dem kurzen Weg zum Bahnhof belästigt) - Personal ok Nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem nicht für Reisende mit viel Gepäck (z. B. ein großer Koffer).

Helt klart det værste jeg nogen sinde har besøgt. Personalet var ubehøvlet og man følte sig absolut ikke velkommen. Værelset var meget beskidt samt sengetøjet. Der var ikke toiletpapir og vi måtte rende frem og tilbage for at få en dyne samt pude.

OK, 30 Euro hält. Gemeinschaftsbad war mir klar. Aber dass es nur einen Raum mit Dusche und WC für ca. 12 Zimmer gibt, ist schon krass. Man muss zur Not in eine andere Etage. Und die durchgelegenste Matratze ever. Und extrem hellhörig! Unbedingt ohrstöpsel einpacken - zuhause habe ich ne Bahnlinie nebenan, das macht mir nichts aus, aber hier... Das Frühstück wiederum war echt gut!!!
