ZERO Customer Service
We had a bad experience when we arrived. Our flight got delayed for more than 4 hours and we were trying to get the phone number of the hostel to inform but we didn't receive it in our booking. So we arrived almost 12am to the hostel and the guy at the reception received us in a very bad attitude, blaming us because we didn't call without asking us reasons, he said it is in our booking with Expedia but we were trying to tell him we booked through Hotels.com . We would still pay for the room even if we didn't arrive, but he treated us so badly that I had to tell him to calm down.
