Never again
While at breakfast somebody walked into our room and stole 2 wallets. When reported to front desk she used every excuse. One of them being that because our door was not shut properly also that the cameras are only at the ends of the hall. Only people we seen when going down to breakfast was cleaning staff they were probably watching us.

Quiet and Comfortable
The evening front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and quiet (from traffic, trains and other guests); the bed was comfortable. Drawbacks: the room was not very clean, but the sheets were clean! That's a plus! Solution: I went to Walmart to buy Lysol wipes and wiped down everything which made my stay much better. Would I stay there again? Yes, but I will bring a tub of Lysol wipes.

The first room we received when we arrived smelled like swett, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was a candy wrapper and muffin crumbs on the floor. We were re-assigned. The Continental breakfast worker woman took a towel to clean up a coffee spill on the floor with her shoe wiped it across the floor, then picked it up and wiped the coffee counter and the coffee spout!!!! I was completely appalled!! I complained to the front desk, and got an appology…needless to say, that was the last time I had breakfast with your facility.

Maintenance/engineer team is sleeping on the job at this hotel. So many things are broken down. Not a total deal breaker if you can ignore a wobbly table while eating breakfast or loose tile flooring in the bathroom. I also say that about the Maintenance team because when I got to my room, I was shocked to see a Maintenance man in my room, sitting on the bed, watching Tv.

The desk clerk went above and beyond our 1st night. Genuinely customer friendly. The downside, our room was not cleaned the following day. The phone in the room didn't work to call for more towels. I had to get the towels for myself after waiting more than 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to even assist me. The breakfast attendant was not happy at all when we asked for more cups and when we told there was no more coffee. We felt like we were really bothering her.

A good hotel with a lot of caring staff!
It was a great property, but things that I overlook like some dings and dents, others may not. The hotel was overall everything I expected and more. The staff was amazing and even offered to change rooms over a couple of dents, but I said no because we were tired and it was no big deal to us. It was worth every penny and they wanted me to leave this feedback for everyone to see. I said I would leave only a positive feedback, but they wanted the truth out to fix any problems others may say about their hotel. A lot of pride is put in by the staff and all were friendly and helpful. I would recommend highly and the shower was awesome! I enjoy rainfall showers and our room came with one. Great job and the minor stuff is no big deal. It was worth every penny and I left a tip for their kindness and caring about my experience.
