Property 255 was very clean , & felt like home . Some things was missing like the blinds on the sliding door to balcony but other than that everything was perfect in this property .

Checking in was a little confusing as key cafe lock box to pick up the keys were a bit difficult. Other than that, everything was smooth. The property was nice with amenities such as a pool and gym. Our unit was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is walking distance to many restaurants and a neighborhood market.

Very peaceful and cozy place to be. The bedding felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the place was very tidy. There was a little hair in one of the showers, but overall my stay was wonderful

The place didn’t look like what was on the picture and there was some stains on the pillows and the carpet looked dirty and worn out. The location is perfect but that was about it

This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too!

4/10 一般般

Our stay was disappointing. Bedding stunk. Mattress was completely worn out. All towels had head / pubic hair stuck in them. Outside chair cushions were dirty when we flipped them we noticed what appeared to be vomit stains. Dirty floors felt gross to walk on. All fixtures in bathroom were completely loose. AC would not turn off which made it hard to sleep. I don’t like to write bad reviews. But I honestly felt extremely disappointed and disgusted staying here.

The house didn’t seem like it was clean and maintained only two towels. Way too difficult to check in without staff. Complicated when it came to picking up and dropping off key.

This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. The entire suite couldn’t cool down even after adjusting the temperature. The reservation was for two nights, we stayed one night. I will not book here again! The only good thing was their direct point of contact was very responsive and helpful.

You had to pick up the key, using a code, and waiting through several slow loading prompts, from a lockbox in an obscure corner of a dark parking garage. I did not feel really safe. The floors are mostly concrete and areas of the walls had paint where different brush strokes were different shades of white and some of the paint was also on the floor. The shower produced a very weak stream of barely lukewarm water. The air vents were dusty. Location is good - convenient to main roads, ASU and many restaurants.

This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. I was able to DoorDash a lot of good stuff within a few minutes. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 was the key fob issues. I love the almost automated setup this place had but it required sequential use of two key fobs for different needs without it being really clear. Aside from the key fob guessing game, everything else was perfect.
