No Risk!
There is little to say about the stay either unusually positive or negative. The room was clean, quiet, and acceptable. The maid service was fine as was the check-in experience. I'm not a fan of announcing the $14 daily parking fee when one arrives. This seems to e a trend in the motel industry. It should be announced ahead of time.

Hidden fees!
This hotel has a $15 parking fee that is not published until you get there. They are very unapologetic when you were checking in about it. Dirty washcloth left in our sink when we got to our room.

Decent stay great value
This is an interesting place … I’m trying to figure out the story and it seems to have a sister property on the other side of the highway. Incredible value for the price. keep in mind that they will charge you for parking and a per person fee for breakfast. Kind of allows you to do an à la carte based on how important those are to you at the time. We did not eat the breakfast on-site so can’t speak to that. Our expectations of the place weren’t high due to the low price and the condition of the property is a bit worn but it was clean and comfortable. Definitely people breaking the no-pot rule and they should enforce that better but the smell was in the hall not in our room thankfully. great to have a hot tub and decent hotel close enough to powderhorn and was a good landing spot after a day of skiing. Japanese Thai restaurant in Mesa on way back is fantastic— an absolute must-stop as the places to eat in Parachute were not highly rated.

Everything was fine I went to the hot tub stayed in for awhile got went to room and passed out when going to the hot tub I took my ring which is where I left upon check I called the following day but house keeping told me they never seen it

Good room for the price and location going into or exiting from the Rocky mtns, however, several added fees that were not identified anywhere in description like $14 parking fee and $15 to eat breakfast there.

Avoid
Avoid this place. Maybe you heard about the secret $14 parking fee to park your car- it gets better! 2 people were having sex in a jeep in the parking lot, and their pit bull was barking at me like I'm the problem. When I got out of the elevator, every room door was propped open (???) and there was a smashed cell phone in the hallway on the floor strangely playing rap loudly, no one around. This place has tenement vibes. Go somewhere else, if only for the nerve they have to charge parking! It's definitely not for "security".

Staff very friendly and check in was easy. Fees for every thing including parking and pets make this place not really a deal compared to places closer to Glenwood. Room stank like old cigarettes. No free breakfast also very disappointing. Will not stay here again.

You lost a long time customer yesterday because of your employee Rebecca at the front desk who treated me terribly. Patrons in the lobby will attest to her rude behavior, callus attitude and lack of respect towards others. She refused my stay for bringing up the topic of your ridiculous parking fee (which I told her you are not New York City and parking is not a premium. I would be happy to move my vehicle out in the street) she became agitated and raised her voice at me, and after she asked me to leave the property. I asked her if I could use a pen to write down her name and the manager’s name and she threw a pen at me. I will be speaking to my attorney about her assault.

Many different complaints
This hotel gave me the impression that it’s pinching every penny. We heard and read and knew nothing about a parking fee until we arrived and were told there was a $14/night parking fee. I was also under the impression that breakfast was included, but it was $15/person (so we didn’t eat there). The heater in our room only blew cold air during the winter, so fortunately the front desk had a space heater for us. My boss guest complaint is actually that the hotel doesn’t have blackout curtains - only light-filtering, see-through curtains. Our room overlooked an empty lot and a truck stop, and there were two massive, super-bright lights shining straight onto my face the whole night. The least important complaint might bother someone else the most: there was a dirty pair of socks under the edge of the bed comforter from a previous guest. Other than all of these complaints, the hotel and our stay was fine.
