The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint was, it was noisy. The room above us had a person who walked like King Kong. Also, the doors were very heavy, and everyone just let them slam. The location was excellent !

The clerk who registered us was excellent. The room was a great size with a very usable layout. We only stayed one night, but noted the process for obtaining kitchen supplies. We felt it was extremely efficient. We will consider using this chain on future trips.

Very loud building. We were on the third floor and could hear everything from the fourth floor. Every footstep, every door. No sleep was had until 1a and then only until a group left at 5:30 and let each door slam.

Was traveling through and booked this hotel on the whim. Was a bit nervous since I was staying with a group of females for a night in an unknown area. Was so pleasantly surprised. 1st outside doors were locked at night. So when I showed up late to check in I didn’t get to just walk into the hotel. That was huge already. There are some quirks because it’s brand new. Like our one door didn’t lock. Like the door was offset. But they gave me a new room immediately. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is minimal but it did the job!! Had simple grab and go options that I as a mama appreciated. But staff both days were amazing! The guy at night was super sweet and so accommodating. The ladies in the morning were funny and sweet. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Smooth check-in process, and very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room and amenity for our stay. Definitely will look for Extended Stay America in other cities.

Noisy. People banging on doors in the middle of the night and yelling. People stomping across the floor above our room up until 1:00 am. Continental breakfast was not impressive. No tub.

This day was unfortunately horrible. I would like to say the only positive highlight of this particular property is the front desk. Staff upon check-in author was very friendly upon checking in within a couple of hours. All power was lost to the location however, this is in anyway the staff’s fault there was a power power outage within the area. This was disheartening because I use a medical device so I cannot be without power for extended periods of time once the power was restored within several hours the television was still out for the remainder of the night, it was cold and freezing during this period of time so being without power or heat would be uncomfortable for anyone I was outage within the area.
