The drinking water from the faucet was consistently hot or lukewarm—never cool or refreshing. The drinking fountain was also out of order, so I had no choice but to purchase bottled water. Additionally, the ice machine on my floor was broken throughout my stay.
The fitness center did not open until 6 a.m., which is inconvenient for early risers. While the noon front desk staff were very friendly, most of the other staff members I interacted with were somewhat rude. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not what I would expect from Hilton.
