No kleenex in room. Every time we turned the tv on we had to go to back of tv to correct the source. It was defaulted to the wrong one. Poorly insulated. Could hear people upstairs & next door. The 1st day we asked for no room service. However the next 2 days we never got room service. Had to go get our own toiletries from the office. The room was very clean when we got there and smelled good.

The bed was hard and the pillow had hair all over it. There were no hand towels. Ceiling had stains it just felt a little gross inside. It almost looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

It was an amazing experience. The receptionist in the office Breezy and Ms.Vicky were very attentive and gave a prime example of what the check in process should be like at a hotel. My experience was Great. Thanks.

The door had been kicked in and wouldn't close properly, there was a pill laying in the floor, the shower was nasty and the hot water didn't work. I called the desk clerk, she never got maintenance to come fix it, we were not able to take a shower. They wouldn't let us change rooms, it was disgusting

Kinda a dirty room but got it at a great price! Walls were thin so heard everything from next door room, and main complaint from hubby was no shampoo or conditioner which I did run by staff who said they’re in the process of updating, it was an ok stay close to town and right next to gas station, affordable ok option!

Didn't like anything about this place. Shower barely worked. sink sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom but sprayed better then the shower. Most lamps did not have bulbs. Had to use my cell phone flash lite to see in most areas.

The door padlock wouldn't lock. Then had difficulty opening the door from the inside as well via handle. We moved for this and two rooms not having the T.V. working properly. The lady was nice trying to resolve it but the door issues didn't make us feel safe at all. Oh and breakfast included didn't include any cold drinks like water, juice or milk. Wasn't expecting luxury but not everyone drinks hot drinks in the morning, especially not kids.

Hotel needs a complete renovation- we’ve stayed at other Red Roof inns and this one doesn’t even compare..after one night we left Breakfast was sub par, bread and bagels still in packaging with no way to get it out. Towels were small and paper thin. Washcloths were stained and unusable. After switching old remote with new one, still didn’t work

The evening desk clerk was a very nice lady. The 3 day weekend stay started well but it was spent with the same 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 people the entire stay . We took turns going and asking for fresh,clean ones but was told repeatedly there were no clean ones available. Saw the housekeepers cart (empty) abandoned on the sidewalk for about an hour then it disappeared,lol.
