We loved our stay here and would come again. We so appreciated overlooking the beach in a relatively quiet neighborhood, where we could easily walk to a few spots, and take a short taxi ride to town. Our suite and the property pics were just as advertised. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the veranda outside our room. Staff was nice and helpful, and tolerated my rudimentary Spanish. Restaurant on site was good for a couple meals.

Good location, nice beach and infinity pool, pools are a bit rundown as was the room (lots of water stains on ceiling, bathroom door knob about to fall off), room cleanliness varied based on who cleaned it that day and some days it just wasn’t good, the restaurant on the beach is okay but the good thing is you don’t need to eat there because there’s lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. The air conditioning was great and there was lots of hot water. It’s an okay place in a great location, most staff were very nice and friendly but most likely won’t stay here again.

Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great view of the area/ocean from our large balcony, where we sat with our coffee every morning. The pool was clean and had loungers all around. We had an easy 12 minute walk to the Center of town.

Be careful when booking your room. If staying for 1or2 nights the queen room has just a bed and bathroom. NOTHING ELSE!! We were booked for 2 weeks so thank goodness we were able to be moved to a king room in the tower. Our friends on the other hand weren't so lucky and got stuck with the tiny bedroom for 2 weeks!!

We enjoyed our 21 nights in the new building on the 4th floor. The ocean view was awesome from the balcony. The balcony had a nice patio set and large drying rack for clothes. Room was a good size with comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed the pools—three to choose from.

I should not complain, because the room was inexpensive, but will comment for future guests and the hotel management. The resort is mid-size and mid-level. It also has several levels within the complex. The room I had was a decent size, with a bed, and two bedside tables, and two lamps. AC and and TV on the wall. No chair, and no decoration whatsoever. Walls high and all white. Bathroom ok, but fan didn’t work, and toilet seat was broken. Bedding threadbare, and overall, not terribly clean, but not terrible. Worst thing was not really a window. Small thin, about 14 inches by 6 inches. Felt like a cell. Nice beach, and pool, and little restaurant and bar, some green space. Lots of families, and seemed good for kids. Water slide, but needs maintenance. Wouldn’t take much to significantly improve the hotel rooms. Most people in suites.

The room had no view, the bed was a sofa bed, there was a thin door between the adjacent room and there was a serious fight happening in the next room. My wife and I felt very threatened by what seemed to be a violent confrontation next door. There was no other rooms available so we never stayed the night we found other accommodation. The staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances and did all they could to help us. Hotels .com was excellent in their support and we were able to enjoy our holiday at another location.

les chambres sont grandes avec un balcon pour chacun. Les personnel est gentil. Le high way passe tout près. C'est donc assez bruillant en fin de soirée. La nuit c'est correct. Le matin assez bruyant. La vue sur mer permet de surveille baleine.
