The apartment was spotless and welcoming. The beds and linens were on a luxury level. The two bedroom we had was the perfect size, with large, clean bathrooms. While the building is situated uptown, 2nd street is a fairly quiet street with nice sidewalks for walking the dogs, or taking your own walk. There is also a pretty nice doggy park on the property, complete with water fountains and benches. That too, was clean and tidy. Just a block away, you have many different restaurants and some shopping. Everything was in great condition and, again, very clean. Definitely staying here again.

Not enough creamer or sugar for coffee for the stay. Not enough towels n towels were dirty. Had some trouble with the paid parking as well. The property is nice though! Staff nice too!

This property has potential, but the guest experience needs serious attention before it can be recommended. The check-in process was the biggest issue. There is no staffed reception desk, no clear signage, and a lack of instructions for navigating the property and locating your room. It took close to an hour — and help from a passing stranger — before we figured out that access required walking through a parking garage to an unmarked door. For anyone arriving after dark or for the first time, this is genuinely stressful. The unit was lovely and functional once we got there. But the surrounding area is isolated, with no dining or conveniences within easy reach. This is an apartment-style rental, not a hotel, and the Hotels.com listing should make that clear upfront. I wouldn't book again.

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was a little dirty and the flooring was peeling up. The parking situation was horrible. I paid for an assigned spot and another car parked there twice during my 2 day stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

The space was GORGEOUS!!! Would stay again on my next visit! HOWEVER- They absolutely need a better system for checking in. Personally I came in as a solo traveler and with my flight delayed I didn't make it in until 3am! So even with all the instructions it can be very scary and overwhelming to not have a direct help line. I think if the check in kiosk should be held in the area guests live it would be much much easier and less confusing.
