Black mould on blinds

Blinds in room had black mould in motel 7. Received a disabled room which we did not book. If you have disabled rooms you need to advise customers of this. Mould on bathroom window frames but I can forgive this as it is a high humidity area.

Very nice vacation location and facilities. A bit out of town center so not so walkable to restaurants, however most people there were using the great cooking facilities on site, so no real disadvantage. Otherwise everything you could possibly imagine right there.

We stayed in a lodge and parking was just next to it. Bery easy for loading and unloading our staff. We left luggage for storage and picked them up after our visit to Tongariro National Park with no issue. The common area in the lodge is a little bit small for five adults to move around, but the rooms and number od beds are OK.

It was a lovely spacious room despite being a cabin style accommodation. We loved that it was quiet, that most things in the cabin were well maintained and that they switched the heatpump on prior to our arrival which made it warm and toasty. We didn't like that the blinds were dirty, these needs a good clean.
