Great stay! We travel alot, and it was hard to find a fault. Rooms were great, super close to the beach, property is very nice. One of the nicer hotels in Patong. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I arrived at the hotel at midnight. No one helped with the luggages or was at the door to greet me upon entering. The way Stephen handled the check-in process was really bad, never have I experienced such a bad and rushed check-in process. I was given a room on the 4th floor, the bed had woodticks and insects on it, I asked to have it changed but the new bedding also had it. Please inspect 4th floor wash and cleaning and bedding entirely for infestation. Check the beds thoroughly. I was then given a room on an upper floor. The day staff (ladies in red) were very pleasant. Breakfast people were great too. The hotel does need renovations.
