Quiet rooms, great restaurant and bar. Staff very polite and helpful. Only issue, which was not the hotels fault, was the inconsiderate other customers that parked their cars in EV charging spaces, even though they weren't EVs or charging. I did speak with the hotel and they tried to contact the owners but they did not move them in the hour that I waited before I had to leave.

This is an excellent hotel well situated for exploring Exeter and the surrounding areas. Breakfast is impressive and the restaurant is ideal if you want a chilled night in. Great and friendly staff and a bonus of ample car chargers.

The hotel was modern , new and immaculately clean , we booked dinner bed and breakfast and a 3 course evening meal was included which made it good value . Our only negative would be the hot breakfast items were not very hot , they were under hot lamps but obviously this was not effective enough to keep it very hot .

Spotless hotel with kind and attentive staff. Arrived late so parking was full, but managed to park on the roadside directly outside the hotel with no issue. Kettle provided if required (but very confused about what to make hot drinks in!). Accessible room was fantastic, spacious, easy to move around in using my wheelchair, and very well equipped room and bathroom for most needs.

The kitchenette rooms are lovely and spacious with good facilities. Beds are huge and super comfy, TV was massive! Room was clean and quiet. Staff both at reception and at the breakfast were very friendly and made you feel at ease. Breakfast was especially good with lots of nice options, you don’t feel rushed to get in and out so you can really take your time in there. A lovely stay.
