The bedroom was too hot as the vent didnt bring in the air from the air conditioner. Yes the fan was on but it didnt bring in the air.

The stay was amazing and I loved the set-up. The only issue I had was the bed seemed to have been broke on one side but everything else was nice

Will never stay here again…I did my reservation for a king suite and they give me a regilar room because they don’t have the room I reserved available.. when I asked for a house keeping front desk told me to do it my self… the worst experience I have ever

While the room was nice and clean, the constant noise from the highway was overbearing. My room was on the highway side and I didn't catch any sleep for the 2 nights I was there. Sitting so close to the highway, the hotel didn't insulate their walls and windows very good and the result is a sleepless night for guests...

Got to the hotel only to be told they do not accept my debit card, and that I couldn’t manually enter in my joint credit card that my husband had. Had NO remorse for not updating that they didn’t accept my specific card and did not care that my children and myself had no place to stay after a day of driving and my kids playing volleyball. Thankfully Fairmont right next door showed compassion as well as booked me their last room and even accepted my debit card!

I didn't like being in a handicap room because everything was low, no vanity, no full length mirror. My room was not available at check in and was tired from traveling. It was clean and the staff was nice.

Wife and i stayed there for the zz top concert room was spacious very clean staff was super friendly. Had a little trouble figuring out the tv its a newer setup than we're used to. The bed was fwlt like it was a bit worn out still comfortable though but overall it was really great.

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were nice but the bathroom had seen better days. The metal fixtures had lots of rust and there was mold/water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom.

The only problem we had was parking. Several people parked in the middle of two spots. A truck and trailer were taking up 6 spots and several spots had trailers and work equipment. They told us we could park in the gravel lot beside the hotel. I would think that is where the trailers and big trucks should park.
