This is an apartment in the Massey Tower. If you are expecting a typical hotel check-in experience or service from the concierge you won't be receiving either of those things. Even though it was psuedo-legal it was quite enjoyable, centrally-located, and close to a subway stop and the PATH system in Toronto. It was perfect for my needs. Glad I brought my own silverware and didn't need to microwave anything. Great views of the city!

Excellent communication with the property owner. Replaced towels very quickly as well as additional hangers. The unit is probably best suited for single travellers as the bed is small and the “second bedroom” is actually an office with a small desk in it. There is nowhere onsite to store luggage which is really unfortunate for travellers. The unit could use some finishing (walls are scuffed, outlets need refinishing) but the unit was very clean and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Some tables in the unit need to be replaced as they were broken or nearly broken. There is also no drawer storage anywhere for clothing. Downtown views are beautiful and the balcony would be amazing in the summertime.

Staying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I can’t say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall. If we ever return to Toronto this will definitely be our first choice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars😊
