When they towed they wouldn’t give it back until Monday. After we had to go back home A get a There is form to complete which I did complete. They provided me instructions to use their parking. They providing fab to use the use the garage. They charged us and still put us out entirely like this.

DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived to the room it was in disgusting condition. The bed sheets, furniture and carpets were covered in unsettling stains. The floor had clearly not been cleaned. There was no soap, shampoo, body wash, or laundry detergent as promised on the listing. We could not spend a night there due to the unsanitary conditions. We ended up booking a nicer hotel and staying there. Trying to get a refund from this property has been a long and shady interaction. We have been told multiple times that someone will "reach out to us tomorrow" and have not heard back. Please do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

This was the worst ever- from all the forms and pix of ID’s, credit cards, u had to do and redo prior, having to call multiple times about the app giving an error msg, to the nightly protection of our children from our car to the bldg. The sheets were NOT washed and there was a giant pee stain the size of a large man on one of the mattresses. The white towels were 80% stained yellow. We were up until midnight washing them. There was hair everywhere. The dishes had a greasy film all over them so we had to wash before we used them. BUT the most stressful was I paid for 3 nights of parking and given conf w the spot number and permit location but then 1.5hrs AFTER checkin I was told bc I extended the length of my stay I could no longer have the spot. I emailed then called their customer service stating all of the above and that I NEVER changed my res since initial booking 3+ months prior. The agent said that’s not true and that I couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she says, it’s 6pm on a Fri night and I said exactly and we have no parking in a very bad area. She just kept saying “too bad”. While the area had meter parking it was surrounded by unhoused pp and we saw 2 men trying to break into a car directly in front of the building. We had to hurry our young kids in every single night bc we didn’t have the garage spot i paid for and they still haven’t refunded me!

The apartment was beautiful. But the process leading up to the stay is horrible. Very little communication - we never received instructions on how to get in so we had to call customer service. Customer service can take hours to call back. Parking is not worth the hassle.. we paid for parking and yet there were cars parked in our spot on multiple days. Customer service was nice but not quick to fix issues. The surrounding area is not the prettiest but there are multiple restaurants within a few min walk away.

This is a great building. Maybe my favorite in Phoenix. I loved the check in process and the app. The residents were awesome to meet. Its a great location. Great amenities. The gym is definitely my favorite gym .... ever. Stay here and you'll see why. Will absolutely stay here again.

The bed was small, and well worn, and only had just enough space for a foot at the foot of the bed and not much else. The person on the right side of the bed had to walk over the TV pedestal to get around to the foot of the bed. Coffee for one day was provided thought we were there for 4 days and there was not even 1 coffee filter available for us to use the one-day portion of coffee. Communication was difficult and led to low understanding of the horrible parking situation that we would face at 1 am in the morning when we arrived though we called and emailed multiple times telling of our late arrival and petitions for help with understanding what we would face. We had filled out a special form to apply for parking, but no one on Global Inn and Suites thought to tell us the form did not count when our credit card was hacked and we filled out a new form to have the balance of our stay paid for. It was inconvenient just days before our trip to fill all these forms out again and then it didn't even count for the parking form. We were left in the dark about parking.

This amazing place is perfect until it's time to figure out how to use the key fobs. No instructions are provided to guests and I was forced to track down humans to have them explain how to lock the door to my room when I left. There are no helpful customer service phone numbers or directions. How was I to know to hold the key fob up to a tiny black square in the center of the panel and flip the lock latch twice? Otherwise the Skye at 6th was excellent in every other way.

Easy to access, spacious apartment and ideally located with short walk to bars/restaurants, walking distance to convention center. Rooms and linens were clean, spotless I would say. The balcony windows could do with a clean but the great views were unimpeded. washer, drier, dishwasher and gas stove equipped if you need it (i did not. The kettle is flimsy and rusted in the inside so deferred using it but otherwise everything else seemed good). a bedroom and living room TV, fast wifi. Well temperature controlled, more than adequate lighting, day or night. towels and linens were of good quality, the supplied toiletries not so much so bring your own. Was a great place to come back to after a long day. Very comfortable stay, I would definitely stay again if I came back to Phoenix!
