The Casino is lively and staff are very friendly. The Rooms are very nice. Restaurants were very good as well. Lots of Fun gaming and they also have a really nice Outdoor Pool and Bowling Alley. We had a Great time although we left without our Winnings. I also played Bingo for the First Time in a Casino. High Payouts!!!

The casino was excellent, but the check in at the hotel was bizarre. I had to repay, even though I had already paid for two rooms for two nights. They tried to get us to stay in one room together I have, however, received my refund for the extra payments

The casino was very nice - we were there during Spring Break so it wasn't as lively as you expect because it's not a place for kids. But that can be a good thing. And we were there on a Tuesday and left Wednesday morning. The room was great...staff was excellent. Food was good. We a little disappoint the steak house was closed on Monday and Tuesday. The location seems to be in the middle of the state: 1-2 hours from most locations. In general, pretty nice place.

Casino was great. Fun staff. The hotel check in was horrible. After one hour of perseverance, they finally gave us the two rooms that I had reserved and prior paid for instead of the one room they kept insisting that the three of us, all elderly and two handicapped stay . I had to pay the full amount again for the two room for two nights There were several rooms available because they offered us a couple of rooms on different floors I was told I would be given a refund in 8-10 days but I am very skeptical that I will get. As a nurse told by Hotels.com that I would pay at the door and the rooms were refundable to a certain date in reality because I had two reservations. They charged me the full amount for both rooms for two nights and I had to pay my credit card months ago.

Rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. If you go, you have to eat in the steakhouse. The food is absolutely amazing, high-quality and low price. If you don’t gamble, don’t go. Went on a Friday night and they didn’t have bingo. Bowling was fun, but once we were done losing out budget on the one armed bandits,there was nothing to do. It is very smoky, even though there is a separate room for non-smokers. The Friday night “live music“ was a total hot mess. They couldn’t get the music working right, they just about blew our drums out with the high pitch squeal. It was a nice place to visit, but we won’t be going back.

No problem with check in accept the hotel did not have the payment from expedia, so we had to wait on a manager to bypass the system and not be charged twice. The gentleman who check us in was very polite and did his best to speed up the process. Rooms and Amenities are what was expected based on photos.

Excellent room. Cleaning staff gets an "A+" the only problem I have is they said all belcony rooms were booked but not all of them were .. I received 2 night stay but you can't use the weekends(friday, saturday or sunday so I only got one day stay for free?!

Room was clean and modern. LOVED the motion sensitive bathroom lights at night to not have to find the switch! Great safety feature. Shower was awesome. Room was spacious and well appointed. Big tv, coffee machine, desk etc.
