Beautiful resort
Excellent resort with a very friendly staff. The marina was easy to get in and out of with the boat. The cleaning staff texted me and asked if there was anything I needed. Porpoises were swimming around the point of the island every day. The pool was very clean and pleasant to swim in as they heated it to a comfortable temperature. Not at all what I expected.
The bayside condo that we stayed in had a lovely view of the bay. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away and was lovely. That’s about it. Condo was not what I expected for the cost. Sparsely furnished, not as clean as needed. Internet was spotty TV reception poor. Very tired and in need of some TLC. Found something less expensive, right on the beach and very nice on Sanibel. Will not be going back to South Seas.

The property, beaches and grounds are gorgeous. Our condo was pleasant, but could use some updating of bathrooms the grout had some mildew in shower. Carpet in bedrooms is stained. Would rather see laminate that matches the rest of condo. All in all, very comfortable and pleasant condo.

This is a wonderful hotel resort in captiva island. We got an upgrade to a Marina Villa, Great views and the two bedroom apartament was really nice and comfortable. This unit was very close to the beach. The Staff at check in very helpful and gently. The attitudes bar at the Beach was so nice. Great drinks and tacos. We really had a Great time there and the best Sunset views i have ever seen before. The staff at the Beach and attitudes bar were so nice and helpful that made my wife and me felt like at home. I am really looking forward to come back. Captiva is a great island and staying at this hotel resort make a perfect tríp.
