The room is clean and basically got everything you need. The location makes you easier to connect with the city. Most of the staffs are helpful and nice. But one grumpy man with bad attitude nearly ruined our stays in Paris. You would know who is he if you have a chance to seek for help from him. Bad attitude and unpleasant words.

The hotel is wedged between a strip club and a sex shop, which does not show in the photos. It is quite shabby in the lobby area, but the rooms are lovely (not quite as lovely as the photos but very nice).

We only stayed for one night but the hotel was amazing. We stayed with our two children after a couple of days in Disneyland Paris, this hotel was stunning. Perfect base for us with great links to travel with the metro station just up the road. The overall hotel smelt gorgeous and lots of attention to detail all over. The hotel room was perfect, there was a separate room for our children and a lovely kitchen area with dining table. We will definitely be back in the future.

I booked into this hotel because the room was described as soundproof. But that's not true. I heard music from the adjacent building, toilets in other rooms flushing, and people talking and walking around on the corridors. Rest was hard to get. Also, there was no space to hang your clothes, not a single hook or hanger. The bathroom was freezing and the containers for shampoo and shower gel were empty (which I found out only when I was already soaked). The bed is good quality, though, and the night porter was friendly. But still, an overall unpleasant experience.
