The multiplug outlet on nightstand did not work - cords wouldn't stay in. Nightstand clock didn't power on at all. No cord to the in room phone. Front desk did provide an extension cord. Grab bar in shower was very loose. Water leakage at the sink outside the bathroom around the faucet. We will be back because we like the area and price point.

My wife and I had taken the Strasburg Dinner Train. when booking the train, we had also decided to stay overnight. This hotel was a most Excellent choice. Hotel was Very close to the Railroad and very reasonably priced.

Avoid this filthy place at all costs

Carpet was stained and filthy. Sticky spill on dresser. Spills/splashes on walls. Mild/mildew all around the tub and the room smelled horribly, likely from the mold. Cover from ac vent on floor bd coils covered in inches of dust. Outside doors open with no security latches so anyone could walk in. Grass overgrown. Never in my life have I stayed in a place as nasty as this. We forfeited our money on the second night because we couldn’t stand the smell. On check-in had to wait 20 minutes for someone to appear in the lobby. Absolutely no customer service- just name and payment info - no info about hotel, services, anything. Very rude. Clarion should be ashamed to have this facility as part of their brand!! Wish I had thought to take pictures because no one would believe it.

I stayed in Room 202. 1) The desk area was way missized, with the writing surface too far above the height of the chair provided. 2) The accordian-style closet door was missing half of it 3) The Tub was very slow to drain, leaving me ankle-deep in standing water while taking a shower

This hotel was not clean or secure at all. There were empty potato chip bags, other trash, and dirt under the beds. The sheets were stained and had dirt particles on them. The bathroom had dust and dirt in all the crevices. The outside door did have an electronic key, but when you come to the back door, there is no lock at all!! The entire hotel is in great need of upgrades in every category! I will never stay here again.

Building 1300 smelled of cigarettes, Like really old cigarettes. The bed felt like it was two mattresses of different thickness laid side to side. It was quite though and the room served its purpose. The tv didn’t work.

I have been taking our family{ 18} to Lancaster Pa. for the past15 years to attend the Christmas show, we have used the same hotel and restaurant for our gatherings during that time, this year we decided to make a change in Hotel reservations, and unfortunate I selected the wrong Hotel the Clarion in Strasburg,we reserve 7 rooms each trip,check in was fine, the rooms appeared to be ok, we did our usual routine,went to dinner then attended the Christmas show always a exceptional experience, After returning to the Hotel around 11pm, turning on the lights, and the horror show began,3 of my family members called me and advised that they were leaving, because roaches were crawling on the wall and some came from under there bed, they quickly disappeared once the light was on. I requested that they go to the office and advise them of the issue and get other rooms they said no and traveled back home, a 4 hour drive. I spoke to a Hotel representative the following morning showed him photo of the creatures on the wall and provided him with the information he requested and gave him my Buisness card, he stated he will forward the information to the Manager on Monday and to expect a call from the Manager,Monday came and no phone call, 4 of the 7 rooms had no major issues, The issue should have been addressed by the Manager ,so much for management, my 3 family members drove another 4hours home after being up for 12 hours, because of the pest infected conditions.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, it's nasty, dirty, stinks, dust all over the refrigerator & dressers, tge bathroom is nasty the toilet is stained in the inside of the seat with something black and the bathtub is old and worn-out it had black sataibs on it too, its like they don't clean the rooms. It's no joke the rooms are nasty. I couldn't believe it intill I seen it with my own eyes. Never again wiil i ever go there. Very nasty.
