Basic Stay with Some Inconveniences
My stay had some positives but was hindered by a few inconveniences. While the room had a mini stove, it lacked dishes, which I later found out had to be purchased. Additionally, there was no coffee pot, which might have been an oversight on my part when booking. The bathroom amenities were minimal, providing only a small bar of soap for handwashing. One of the main issues was the elevator, which was down for most of my stay. Although it was serviced several times and worked in the evenings, it was consistently out of service during the afternoon, which was quite inconvenient The address provided led me to a different location than expected. It might be helpful for the hotel to double-check and ensure the physical address matches the one listed online to avoid confusion for future guests.

Stranger in progress
This was family trip to Worlds of Fun. The booking was easy until we got to the property to check in, it started off with a nice hello and check in process. We were given our key cards and proceeded to our room 323. I have specifically asked that we have a room near our other family that was placed on the 2nd floor. Their excuse was no room cleaned at 3pm. Ok, fine. Once we got to our room, we unpacked and rested for a bit until I heard someone at the door trying to get into our room, I go look and there was a couple trying to get in. It turn out that the front desk ladies double booked our room! It was scary! What if we were sleeping in middle of night, a stranger comes in!! Not acceptable! I instantly called down to the front desk and complained this was safety matter and I was going to call the GM for a refund! It was just me and my daughter, so I couldn’t sleep at all that night. The lady apologized and said it will not happen again! I sure hope not! If the ladies weren’t to busy on their personal phones or kept talking to one another, this could’ve been avoided.

New hotel, hard to find, no amenities in room
The hotel was beautiful because it is brand new. It was hard to find by the address and had to call for directions. Unfortunately they skimped on in room amenities such as shampoo, Kleenex, iron, ironing board, blow dryer. There were two washcloths and two towels. The water in the shower is blocked from turning to hot so don’t expect a hot shower. You will only get warm. Upon checkout I was given a welcome letter and found out these things must be requested and some have fees. It was an ok place after 27 hours of travel, but a nice hot shower would have been great.

It was cheap, budget friendly. Very safe, all doors to the outside lock after 100 and you have to have ur badge to get it. The beds were horrible, clean, but very very uncomfortable. The room its self was small but clean. The downside to the room is that you can hear everything happening above, below and in the hall. You can hear all the traffic and anyone in the hotel really. Not horrible for the price.

We stayed there as we had an early flight. Location was great, brand new hotel and it’s only 14 min from airport, however there was a lot of noise throughout the night, loud Tv, people screaming. I think people actually live there. When we left at 5am there were 5 gentlemen laying down on the floor by the elevator, no shoes, no shirts. Gave me the expression they have been drinking and decided to chat away by the elevator, they were polite but it was kind of scary at first as I was traveling with my young daughter.
