Terrible property condition and worse staff.
Shortly after check-in, we realized our toilet did not flush. We contacted James at the front desk who was very quick to let us know it would be handled the next day. Obviously, nonfunctional toilet for the entire night is not feasible. Upon further inquiry, it was determined that he did not have the authority to call a plumber and to do so would require a call to his GM and “she doesn’t like to be called”. It was finally decided that he would change our room but although we had reserved a king room, we would be moved to a room with double beds. James assured us the undisturbed manager would adjust our rate the next day. By end of day the following day with no contact, we again contacted the front desk and spoke with Heather the Sales Manager. She assured us she would adjust our rate and send an email that evening with new rate. The following morning after receiving no email regarding the rate adjustment, another visit to front desk and a visit with Olivia. She was the only one who seemed to give a care but wasn’t authorized to do anything. Olivia assured us she had contacted Heather and we would receive an email shortly after noon. It is now 9 pm, no email, no adjustment and we were charged full price upon check out.
Highly recommend you do not stay at this property if you want flushing toilets or a staff that gives a damn about their guests.
