Great location

Great location on 7 mile, easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Very modern and clean rooms, nice pool and generally a quiet area. Also relatively cheap compared to most places in Grand.

Great Find

We were so excited to realize that we had an apartment in a great section of 7 mile beach. The building is relatively new and very, very nice and steps from the beach and the pool. The check in system is simple and we were relaxing almost immediately. So many weel thought out features!

Overall excellent property with a nice pool. Close to the famous Seven Mile Beach. Some good dining options and excursion opportunities nearby. Close to public transportation and a convenient hub for taxis. Helpful management and nice restaurant onsite for coffee, breakfast, and lunch. I would stay there again.

The property is new & clean & at first glance it’s wonderful. However there are a few things lacking. There are no tvs in the bedrooms & o my 1 in the living room. No access to clean towels was also a negative. It was $8 to exchange 2 towels for clean ones or $10 to do laundry. When you are staying at the beach for a week that becomes costly. Property is great walking distance to the beach & otherwise has all the basic amenities you need. I reached out by text & by the app to the property regarding questions/issues & neither was ever resolved. Wouldn’t be my first choice of places to stay again but could be much better with a few improvements

Great place to stay no car required

Hung out at the Westin within walking distance for great food and beach. went for an amazing snorkel and stingray adventure from captain marvins also within walking distance. Able to stay here no car and node for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom as friends on a quick vaca. Seems like many remote workers staying for longer stays as well. Node full kitchen in room with refrigerator and freezer and bbq on Premise if you want to cook yourself as well

We had an amazing stay at Governor's Village. The property is very clean, eco-friendly and perfectly located! The staff was very friendly, and extremely accommodating. We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can make it back!

Room was comfy and large. Location couldn’t be beat unless you stay at the overpriced beach hotels. Was a very short walk to Governors beach. Hanna kindly helped us navigate the location and gave us great hints to improve our stay. I suggest finding her if you can..:) Restaurant on site had great food and was so convenient in morning or evening. Only item missing was coffee filters. Room had a machine and we purchased coffee next door at Costco but no filters. Should be a given in the room. Overall we’d definitely stay here again. Great value for the money
