Beautiful location & peaceful
Great quiet and newly built location. Parking was simple and we enjoyed the stay entirely. Beds are super comfortable too! Loved the hotel so much I changed my trip from 2 nights to 3.

Wonderful and fantastic stay.
We loved staying here, have never been to a Home2 Suites was very impressed. Absolutely love it. The location was great to what we needed by being close to the Metro where we took several times into DC. The rooms were clean and very spacious, loved the mirror light in the bathroom and the full-size refrigerator. I also appreciated the fact it had a garbage disposal, I don't like putting food in the trash where it can smell so dumping in the garbage disposal is a plus. The laundry facility was clean and was given a complimentary laundry detergent, which we thought was great. Tinika, the FD agent was fantastic!! She made the check in a breeze. Her personality and friendliness are a plus for your organization. She made our stay even that much better. Kudos to Tinika!! The breakfast was very good and an incentive when looking for a place to stay. The breakfast bowls were delicious as well as the brioche breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and waffles. We are planning another trip in the near future and will be definitely staying here again. Will be checking on the internet if there are any more of Home2 Suites by Hilton in other location where we travel.

방음에 신경써주면 좋겠어요.
5박 머물렀는데, 생긴지 얼마 안된 곳이라 시설은 깨끗했어요. 세탁실 이용하기도 편리했고 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절했어요. 다만 마지막날 윗층에서 어린 자녀를 둔 가족들이 왔는지 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도로 시끄러웠는데, 데스크에 찾아가서까지 조치를 취해주길 요청했지만 전화 외엔 할 수 있는게 없다고 했고 전화를 받지 않아 제가 직접 윗층으로 찾아가야 했어요. 이 부분은 투숙객의 쉴 권리를 침해받는것과 동시에 다른투숙객과의 대면시 발생할 안전을 위해서도 반드시 개선이 되어야 하는 문제예요.

Family Christmas vacation
Awesome family trip for Christmas. We had two rooms and stayed for 7 nights. New hotel. Free breakfast every morning. My kids loved having hot chocolate every evening after coming in from the cold weather. Friendly staff, who helped from my phone call before our stay all the way to checkout. Grocery store nearby. Some food places in walking distance and available for delivery. Short drive to DC.

I was concerned about the parking reviews but even with my driving skills it was no issue.I am not sure why there were so many negative parking reviews. Location is ideal in close proximity to restaurants Eden center and close to highway. Hotel has spacious rooms with full size fridge Enjoyed the gym It was noisy at night when you could hear upper level folks moving . Breakfast needs updated items but very friendly staff.

Pontos positivos: hotel novo, Perto do metro. Cafe da manna Bom. Pontos negatives: pressao do chuveiro fraca, falta de sinalizaçāo da entrada do hotel, o check inn fica no 2 Andar, voce entra pelo terreo e nāo ha sinalizaçāo disso e o principal: o estacionamento fica num prédio longe da entrada do hotel, se estiver chovendo como foi nosso caso, voce se molha. Cereja do bolo: a entrada do estacionamento é estreita e eu estava com uma Chevy Silverado, quase nao con segura entrar e sair sem ralar o carro. Nota final 7.

Great Hotel - Careful with the Garage
The hotel and surrounding area is brand new so it is all in excellent condition. The gym is nice but is the typical hotel gym with basic equipment. The only negative is the third-party parking garage the front desk told me to use. It is $12 per night and I asked if my truck would fit, they assured me that if my truck was under 8 feet it would have no problems. I usually work in NYC so I typically cannot fit into the garages but I was assured that I could. The approach to the garage is at an angle and there is a bollard pipe on the right that is about 6-inches too close the vehicles. Long story short, I not have damage to my vehicle from the bollard. I was able to get my truck out of the garage without damage but I ended up parking in the Metro lot for $3 per day on a surface lot than the $12 for the garage but I was charged the $12 per day for my entire stay anyhow.

Here’s a revised version of your feedback: The property itself appears new and clean, but the surrounding area looks very run-down and feels unsafe. I drove around the building multiple times trying to find the check-in location. After a long wait on the phone, I was finally informed that the check-in counter is on the 2nd floor. However, there’s no signage at the building’s entrance or near the elevator to indicate this, and from the outside, the building resembles an office space rather than a hotel. Wi-Fi is not complimentary unless you’re a member or a premier customer, which I didn’t realize in advance. Additionally, I had expected free parking based on the booking site, but I ended up having to pay for it. Parking is located behind the building, and guests have to walk around to enter the hotel, as there’s no direct access from the lot—quite inconvenient if you have multiple pieces of luggage. There were no luggage carts available either. Breakfast was just average. The staff didn’t speak English, which made it difficult to ask for any options without meat. The orange juice tasted watered down, and though I and other guests raised this concern, the staff seemed unable to understand or address it. The only positive is that the building is new. However, I wouldn’t stay here again with my family; it didn’t feel safe, it’s not convenient, and it’s certainly not cheap.
