We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The Front Desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and the lobby was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, our room did not meet expectations. There was hair from previous guests throughout the space, the shower stall wasn’t clean, and it was out of body wash. The beds were also extremely firm and uncomfortable.
The pool was disappointingly cold, which made it difficult to enjoy. The strangest issue, however, was the elevator alarm. The high-pitched beeping is jarring, especially for children, and could be very triggering for those with PTSD or guests who are neurodivergent and sensitive to sound. While I appreciate accessibility for the hearing impaired, I would strongly suggest adding a visual indicator instead of such a sharp sound.
