Appreciated the space available for guest usage, laundry was a big plus. Steep driveway and not good for mobility problems. But host was good cook, bountiful breakfast offerings and catered to dietary needs. Good supply of tourist info and recommendations from host.

I came to Nova Scotia for work purposes, looked into a quiet and scenic location not far from Halifax and found Burgundy Dream Bed and Breakfast, beautiful house in a beautiful location. Sam and Kazue are wonderful hosts, breakfast was good and I got what I was looking for.

Located just a bit north of Halifax, the setting is like you a million miles away. You are about 20 minutes to Halifax, less than an hour to Peggy's Cove, but the setting is so tranquil you might just want to sit on the wharf by the lake. Great breakfast and wonderful host.
