You can see the age in small details but very nice place. Beds were like clouds 😍

The room wasn't very clean. You could see a bunch of fingerprints on the headboard. Also, you could see a long piece of black hair under one of sheets. Surfaces were dusty. The clerk wasn't very friendly when we checked in. I won't stay here again.

Enjoyed my trip !

Our room was 202 second floor and above laundry kept myself and my sisters up with the loud humming from 4 am on when we looked out our window there was the other side of the building just a few feet that completely blocked the window will not stay in that room again in the morning I complained but they didn’t seem to care

My room wasn’t ready so they upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite

Check in quick! Room spacious! Clean with comfy bed and pillows! Restaurant in lobby with variety of food to order but we order take out in our room due to covid so less going out. Breakfast was grab and go bag with an egg and bacon with English muffin and hash browns nice and hot . Cold breakfast consistent of muffin yogurt and juice box and granola bar! Better breakfast then I have seen since this virus has impacted hotels that serve breakfast with accommodations! It was a good 1 night stay. It just 5 min drive to shopping district!

Television quality poor , unable to watch without service coming in and out

Staff were nice and the pool was warm, though not as warm as our previous stays. We come about once every month or two with the kids For swimming and a night away!

The property was nice and well taken care of. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled nice too. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom was very small: only one person at a time could fit. Also, the air exchanger didn’t work in the bathroom so it would get foggy and remain like that for a little while. But other than this, the room was good! The breakfast to go bags were nice. They had a warm option that had an egg bacon and cheese on an English muffin with hash browns and the cold option had a muffin, granola bar, yogurt and an apple. The cold bag was great for our 4 year old. The only thing I didn’t like about the cold bad was on our second day for breakfast there were two rotten apples in the bags. Not just brown spots on the apples but rotten furry grey blue fuzz and a lot of it. They didn’t take their time to look at the apples I guess! Our little one had a little accident on the sheets at 2 in the morning so I called the front desk to ask for new sheets. The gentleman was very nice and didn’t make me feel bad that this had happened. He sent someone up basically right away and the gentleman that came was also very kind and helpful. :)
