When we walked in it looked so nice but we could smell food in the room then we had left for the evening when I came back I went to use the bath and notice while in the tub the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well around the bottom if the toilet was bad and the spots on the sink cabinet was dusty and spots were not washed off I’ve been coming to this place the last little bit was just disappointed

The room was very clean and comfortable. Service was wonderful. Loud fighting guests was the only negative. Staff moved the guests however they were still on the same floor so could be heard still.

Nice and clean and warm. Parking sucks and there was some goof, had the front entrance blocked parking blocked of etc. Not happy about that. we did get a room at the prince George this weekend. very happy and easy parking to Register the room. no big cars parked out front blocking the front entrance with bright lights.

Have already contacted hotel in regards to our experience. Foul mouthed housekeeper walk us up at 830 am and got angry, swore more and walked away when I told her she was disturbing us. Cussing and swearing in a loud tone about hair on the floor. 930 the same morning once I got back to sleep we had a staff member intruder in our room, when I stated she was imposing on us and that we were asleeep naked I was told “you should have set your alarm for earlier”. Dirty room, not even the room we booked and paid more money, floor so dirty our socks were immediately black, dust everywhere, curtains didn’t cover windows, fireplace didn’t work. Half star, ruined what was supposed to be special getaway.

The pictures of the four-poster bed rooms looks great. Unfortunately, the rooms with double beds are not nearly as nice, more like motel rooms. Older, in poor repair ... older AC units did not work well, drains in bathtub in one room did not work, hooks for clothes/towels coming off the bathroom door, paint peeling etc. Staff was not particularly friendly.

Our first experience was great and the next time we had a different style room it wasn’t bad just the theme was not for a couple the comfortably was really nice and service was awesome 😊
