New property with no sound barrier
New facility and there is everything you can expect from this brand. Nice and kind staffs and warm breakfast. One down side is that there is no sound proof wall. I woke up a few times by the noise from the next room and hallway. Typical issue in hotels in US but this was a little excessive. I could hear snoring from next room.

Bad bed at Tru by Hilton.
The hotel was very clean and in excellent condition and all the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and adequate but the bed was very soft and it sagged in the middle. Neither my wife or I slept well at all and my back was very sore in the morning.

Awesome staff, but needs in room coffee
The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and the supplied hygiene care products are awesome. The lobby was a great hang out spot and the patio was lovely on a beautiful night. The only things that makes me rank this hotel lower: there’s no coffee maker in the room, so I have to shuffle my hideous booty downstairs at 5:00am for coffee, and because the staff is great they are cheerful and say hi and want to chat and I don’t have the energy for that at 5:00am when I look like a sea monster. There’s also no microwave in the room, so when you are there a week and have leftovers there’s no way to heat them.

Disappointing Stay !!
Hotel is a bit too close to the interstate, you can hear trucks and cars through the night, Jake Breaks, if you understand what I'm speaking of. No micro in rooms, and one very small one for entire guest list in lobby.

Locking the hot water in the shower?
The room overall was perfect for what we needed. however when showering the water was not as hot as I would prefer. It seemed to me that is intentional and maybe a way for the hotel to save money? Because even though the dial is all the way to the hot if you were to force it a tiny bit further the water would become hotter but only for a moment as the dial would go back to its limit. I hope its not the case that the hotel would try to limit our exerience like that...but other than that the stay was quite comfortable.
