Staff support was lacking. I had 5 days earlier booked and paid for an underground carpark with access to an overnight EV charger. I used my allocated park, but the single charger was being used (by an unauthorised user, the receptionist told me next day). Two empty bays on the opposite wall had two unused chargers, but on inquiry, the duty manager told me I could not move into the empty bays as they were not my designated bay. (Both bays were still unused the following morning). The duty manager refused to assist me further.
