Room was very close to elevator but did not hear it. Door to room was hard to open and close it seems as if the door was swollen or maybe out of line but had to use force to open and close. Bed was comfortable and the complementary breakfast was good. Employeea were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again when in the area

Typical Residence Inn Showing Some Age

Excellent breakfast. Good bed comfort. Nice pool. Furnishings are showing age. Hotel will need an upfield or renovation to stay competitive to near-by alternatives.

3 day business trip

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The rooms were comfortable. It was perfect for a business trip in the surrounding area and I would stay here again. It was also near several restaurants for dinner options.

Entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good, except cereal was stale. Bed was comfortable.

Cleanliness was my issue

It was ok, the room was VERY dusty which caused me to sneeze constantly. I stayed at Fairfield the previous nights and that place was EXCELLENT. i will not choose Residence again.

Will stay here again

My kids and I stayed for two nights. We felt safe and comfortable. The women who were working at the hotel were the most polite and accommodating I have experienced at a hotel. The ladies at the breakfast area were amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The whole visit was one of our best. Thank you ladies
