A great experience will be one of ur best choice.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The room is clean and quiet in the evening. It's in the very centre of Rome, next to Vatican City. U can just walk to most of the attractions. Very good for shopping and food too. Will give a second stay if in Rome again.

Luca was so wonderful. The place is small but more than enough for me and my husband and we were out all day anyways. It was 7-10 mins walk to St Peter Basilica/Square. The croissant and cappuccino were great although breakfast is not included but they were enough to start the day. We arrived late due to delay and flight schedule but Luca accommodated us and communicated us in details with pictures what we have to do on arrival. He was so helpful when we needed directions. I would go back there again and recommended it to friends

Rooms located in a top floor apartment of a quaint building. Access secure with lift and some stairs. Probably not suitable for those with mobility issues Super communications from the owner. Clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the Vatican and attractions like Piazza Novona. Convenient supermarket (carrefour express) opposite and lovely icecream place next door.

Fantastische, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Top-Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt, auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Luca ist ein toller Gastgeber, der alle Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

A Wonderful Stay in Rome We had an amazing experience staying at Luca’s place in Rome. The location was perfect—within walking distance to Rome Termini and many of the city's most iconic landmarks. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Luca was a fantastic host—very responsive, full of helpful local tips, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. We truly appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Luca’s place to anyone visiting Rome!

Boendet ligger väldigt centralt i ett lugnt och trivsamt område. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Hyresvärden Luca är helt fantastisk. Vi fick massor av information inför vår resa och han svarade supersnabbt när vi hade en fråga under vår vistelse. Väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad. Det är enkelt att ta sig med shuttlebuss från och till flygplatsen. Hållplatsen ligger 3 minuter från boendet. Lägenheten är superfräsch och har allt man behöver. På morgonen serverades färska croissants i det lilla köket. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!!
