Muy malo para el costo
No entraban a limpiar el cuarto, pediamos cambio de toallas y limpieza en la habitacion y nadie venia. Se ve muy viejo todo y necesita remodelacion. El precio fue muy costoso para lo que ofrecen, no se si fue por temporada alta por la maraton pero mal servicio.

Lo mejor es la excelente ubicación, de las tres noches nunca fueron a hacer las camas ni cambiaron las toallas, las chicas de la recepción muy amables los chicos un desastre muy mala actitud para con los clientes.

Peggior hotel in cui ci siamo trovati. Dotazione bagno: solo asciugamano x doccia e assenza asciugamano viso e tappeto. Forte odore di umidità in tutta la stanza che è rimasto impregnato su tutti i vestiti. Ristorante con musica al piano di sotto ad alto volume con impossibilità di dormire fino alle ore due.

I wish I spent another $50-100 & stayed elsewhere
I was given a room with 3 sets of bunk beds 2 queen, 4 twin squashed in the room. They said Expedia had overbooked the single rooms via google translate. It was take that room or refund and I had worked all day and just wanted to relax and have somewhere to sleep… my room was in the same level as the enter entrance where people could sit and hang out- so it was loud with conversation all day/night. unfortunately even having multiple beds to choose from they were incredibly soft as were the pillows and I had a lot of trouble being comfortable. There was loud music and construction equipment (saw?drill?) going all night and started back up at 6am. It was actually staff of the hotel cleaning the tiles or maybe removing weeds- no idea but it was probably the worst sleep I’ve had ever in a hotel. I typically sleep like a baby. In the morning I was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom and another in the closet. I love a bargain but this place is a mess and I’m sorry that I wasted all my accumulated points on it. I wish I just shelled out another 50-100 and skipped that whole experience.

Hit or miss. Don’t take a chance.
I had a very bad experience. Checked in late after midnight. They have no more room but said i can stay in this broken door room. It was late and i wasn’t going to walk around and find another so I took it. I reserved a classic double queen and got a hostel looking one with 4 sets of bunkbeds! It was dingy and had no tv or anything nice. The door was broken and he said he’s security so he will be up all night guarding. I couldn’t sleep peacefully. It was the most uncomfortable and tiring night of my life. It was slightly better than sleeping on the sidewalk. Never have I felt so unsafe and helpless. Originally i booked because of the location. I didn’t get to enjoy the beach or anything. Checked out early and left.

Rough edges but charming
Hey it's a good location for the price. Close to the cruise terminal while still near the beach. This place is rough around the edges but still has something charming about it. Close to good restaurants and the beach. It is old and lacking modern amenities, but had cold ac and bedding seemed clean and soft. Five stars it is not. Budget friendly, nice staff and good location it is.

My reservation was canceled from another hotel and scheduled to this one without my knowledge I didn’t learn it until I arrived in Miami cost me $50 more to get to the hotel in an Uber. This was the worst experience of my life. The bed sat on the floor. I had to climb up out of the bed. I slept in my clothes because I felt like I was being eaten by bedbugs. It did look tidy, but this was not at the same caliber of scale that I originally scheduled for myself.

Noisy Security Guard
They had a night shift security guard inside. This security guard was very noisy while playing video games from about 3am to 5am. Also need to take into consideration that you need to pay for parking.

Péssima escolha
As fotos não remetem a realidade , a limpeza é sofrível, existe uma balada que fica embaixo dos quartos , ou seja , se quiser dormir antes das 2 da manhã , esquece! Ar condicionado ao funcionava , o custo benefício não vale a pena ! Tive que ir para outro hotel , por motivos de saúde , o mofo atacou minha asma, e não deu para ficar.
