The staff is excellent, from the General Manager to Youseff, Kareem, Mariam, Verena, and others. Super helpful. The shower in the bathroom didn't work well, they are aware of this and somehow they haven't been able to fix it yet. I wouldn't say this hotel is exceptional, I would give it a 8-9 and not a 10.

Bon court séjour

Rooftop avec vue sur les pyramides. Il faut un Uber pour pouvoir bouger car rien à proximité. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bien avec des plats bons et un services top. La propreté de la chambre est moyenne. Les draps et les serviettes avaient des taches. Les draps housses très fin on voyait le matelas à travers. La salle de de bain très moderne et propre. L’insonorisation est à revoir que ce soit vers l’extérieur que l’intérieur.

Incrível. Staff muito gentil, principalmente: Jose e Said. Quartos limpos, um café da manhã dentro do padrão e uma bela vista das pirâmides. A parte externa não parece tão agradável, mas o interior é muito limpo e cheiroso.

Hotel super bem localizado, proximo de tudo. Tem uma avenida na frente bem movimentada porém as janelas são anti-ruidos e não me incomodou. Café da manhã bem farto. Quartos com otima estrutura. Recomendo!

The price is fair for what you receive in this hotel. The rooms are clean and with a very nice view. The staff is super friendly. The only downside is the noise inside the room is high. Tolerable but if you have troubles to sleep with noise, you’ll have a hard time in this hotel. But other than that, I recommend it.

A recommander

Très bon séjour de quatre jours dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est excellent pour visiter les 3 principaux sites des Pyramides ainsi que le Grand musée Égyptien qui, à lui seul, mérite une journée de visite. Le centre du Caire est facilement accessible par taxi. En ce qui concerne les services, je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel car tout son personnel est aux petits soins et ils sont très professionnels. Aussi, le restaurent de l'hôtel est situé au rooftop ce qui permet de profiter de la vue sur les pyramides et le musée. Le seul petit bémol est l'insonorisation des chambres qui peut être améliorée mais visiblement, c'est le cas de la majorité des hébergements situés sur les grands axes du Caire. Youssef, Mariam et tout le personnel du restaurant sont de très bon conseils, n'hésitez pas à les solliciter

Worst experience ever. First of, we couldn’t get a ride from another hotel to their hotel. Only from airport. So I had to Uber to Airport. Next, check in is at 2pm but room was not ready until 4pm. Room looks good I’ll give them that. But shower as no pressure at all, and the drain seems clogged. So water spread everywhere in the bathroom. Then on one day electricity cut off around 6am and never came back up until noon-ish. No noise isolation. Feels like the windows are open. I do not recommend this hotel. And I will never come back

This property exceeded my expectations. The hotel was just great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop was incredible and having the Grand Egyptian Museum right in front to walking distance was just super convenient. You must visit the museum is amazing. I recommend this hotel if you come to Giza.

My time here was nothing short of comfortable. I traveled alone to Egypt, and I never felt safer. The staff there treated me like family, the meals were fantastic, and I got my request for a room with a view. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be back. Really the only thing we didn't like was the restaurant nit haveing alcohol. All they need is some Egyptian wine and beer.The staff went out of there way to get wine for us though. If you are just there to visit the pyramids and the Egyptian musiums, this place is perfect. We would say again if in the area.
