Great stay in Havasu

Great house with super layout. The driveway was not an issue for us, but it is not for the faint of heart. It is very, very, very steep and long. An older person or someone with a disability would have a tough time with this house.

Great house with beautiful views

Beautiful home with great views. Check in was easy. The driveway is steep and scary at first but by the end of our trip it wasn’t so bad. The garage is big but in the single bay there is a side by side or something parked so it made it a little tight for two cars next to each other. The property manager was quick to respond but there were a few things that could have been better. We weren’t able to get in the front door. The code worked and the door said it was unlocked but wouldn’t open. There were two empty propane tanks in the back so when we went to use the grill we had to contact the manager. Thankfully there was a full one in the garage. Therefore only one tank for the grill and fire pit. I thought the property manager was going to replace the batteries in the front door lock and fill the propane tanks when she came to take the very full trash cans down to the road but she didn’t. That was disappointing. Overall it didn’t affect our stay, but it was still a drag. There were also cleaning products left in the master shower and the glass door was spotty. She assured me it had been cleaned. The kitchen had all we needed to be able to cook meals. There were plenty of towels, however they are quite worn. I would rent this place again. It was close to the canal and our friend’s place.

This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room for 6. Nice bathrooms. Comfy beds. Very quiet area. Perfect for our stay with 3 couples. Easy access to dining and London Bridge area exploring. Was a little surprised to find no toilet paper after arriving at 11pm. My son had to finger tighten a very loose kitchen faucet. The driveway is definitely an adventure. For us, it was just an added laughable conversation to our trip!

Very nice & clean home

My family and I stayed here the week of 4th of July and had a wonderful stay. The house is well-maintained, clean, and the beds were all comfortable. The location is very close to multiple launches and the garage is huge - easily fits multiple cars.The only downside is the steep driveway. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
