Great stay
Confort Arenal was beautiful! The property has an amazing view of the Arenal Volcano. Staff is friendly. The traditional Costa Rican breakfast is delicious and served on a patio with a view of a small tropical jungle full of monkeys who are out eating between 6am and 8am. There are also many interesting birds on the property including turkeys and crested guan. The rooms are minimalist, but comfortable. Warm shower. Great lunch or dinner and ice cream across the street at Soda la Palma. Many activities nearby. Awesome food options and nightlife in Fortuna.

Globalement bon. Chambre de bonne superficie. Frigo et nécessaire pour faire du café dans la chambre. Patio agreable. Pas de bruits de route donc calme Seul bémol, le matelas de notre lit était renfoncé

This property was good for the price. You got a beautiful vieuw of the Arenal volcano. They got a pool, beautiful nature, they even got a hanging bridge. Free breakfast was good. The room had airconditioning and was very welcoming. Although the room was not very sealed we got lizard and worms that came in our room. That was a bit disturbing but other than that it was a good stay for our 1 night stay.

The hotel rooms were large and clean. There was a nice seating area outside of the room. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The refrigerator worked and was nice to have. It has a beautiful pool area rhat is well maintained. The breakfast in the morning is filling. The staff was willing to make accommodations for my daughter's food allergies.

Au pied du volcan
Dans l ensemble nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans le confort hôtel arenal, l hôtel est bien équipé (réfrigérateur, clim, TV, table extérieur ), petit déjeuner convenable (limite léger) nous avons adoré la piscine avec la vue direct sur le volcan ainsi que de l espace devant notre chambre. L hôtel est situé au calme entre le volcan arenal et la ville de la fortuna (nous n avons pas trop éténdu la route) Le service est un peu léger, on m a demandé de déboucher moi même les toilettes. Rapport qualité prix intéressant nous conseillons

La Fortuna is a really nice city to visit and it’s a nice area. My stay at Confort Arenal was Not the worst but it was Not the best or most comfortable experience either. I was struggling to go to sleep at night with their air condition unit NOT working properly at ALL. Wi-Fi was Not working either. Every time I needed to open and close the main front door of our room to exit or enter room, I was getting attacked by wasps and mosquitoes right outside the door. A huge flying bug got through the window of the shower so that was scary and bothersome to me. The breakfast staff employees were nice and courteous but the main staff employee from the front desk, he and I had a language barrier difference that was very difficult to to communicate and understand eachother as I speak English as my native language and he only spoke in Spanish and No English at All.

Convenient and affordable in La Fortuna
The place was nice, but when I arrived they checked me in, and said it was ready. I went to my room, to find the cleaning lady clueless as to why i was sent over. Aside from that, someone besides the cleaning lady was parked in my space, which was also a little annoying. I went back to the office, and they offered me another room, which was nice.

This is a beautiful spot for the price. I stayed in the Villa and loved the convenience of having a kitchen with the extra space to store my son's wheelchair. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was their typical meals of eggs, gallo pinto (rice & beans), and grilled plantains with toast. They also serve a nice plate of fresh fruits with breakfast. Wifi was good in our room, and the view of the volcano from our window was absolutely stunning. Landscaping is very lush and well maintained and lovely to walk around in. I saw a lot of hummingbirds and other exotic birds on the property every morning. It is located very near the hot springs (less than a mile), Arenal volcano, and Mystic waterfall park are less then 2 miles away. Plenty of restaurants and small open diners (a.k.a. 'sodas') nearby, including coffee shops, markets, liquor stores, & souvenir shops. I would definitely stay here again.

El personal q nos recibio fue muy amable, esta muy cerca de la entrada al parque del volcan se puede ir a pie y de las aguas termales. El.desayuno estuvo bien y son amables Las almohadas son muy malas, la habitacion huele a humedad y es muy basica no hay donde colocar tus jabones y shampu de viaje. Solo hay un espejo q esta dentro del baño, no lo puedes usar si otra persona se esta bañando
