電梯故障，未告知！

房間在5樓，電梯壞掉。抬著行李爬上5樓真的是非常痛苦的一件事！電梯故障應該再訂房頁面上如實告知。 優點：樓下有非常多的餐廳可以吃飯小酌。

Wonderful location and very helpful staff. Must go up very tiny elevator past four floors with moldy smells. Hotel is on 5th and 6th floors. Elevator only goes to 5th floor and stair to 6th is steep. Minimalist 6th floor room room with great balcony. Corner shower stall was too small to turn in.

Very nice stay close to old town and beaches

Hotel Solara is perfectly located for the old town and beaches. Loads of shops and eateries nearby. A big thank you to all the staff, who were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was adequate for our needs and the terrace was a nice space for evenings. Thoroughly recommended!

Beautiful Cozy Room with Great Location

Went in March and stayed in the Double room on the top floor with the large terrace for 2 nights. The room was simple but in a good way. Very clean, not too big but it didn’t feel tight/constrained. Breakfast is brought to the rooms and it was very enjoyable eating it on the terrace overlooking the pedestrian street below. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The entrance was a little confusing the first time because the main door is small and is also the main access for the other apartments which make up the rest of the floors below the hotel (The hotels on the top floor). The elevator was out of service when I went. I didn’t mind because I was just traveling with a backpack but I could see it being an issue if you had to lug around a lot of baggage. Besides that, I have nothing else negative to say about the hotel itself or the room. It’s a fantastic place, especially for the price, and it’s in a great location both near the beach and on a street with plenty of great restaurants. If I (hopefully) come back to Nice I’ll definitely be staying here again.

This was an excellent hotel!!! The staff were so helpful and friendly!!!! The rooms were clean and a decent size. Our flight got cancelled and the staff were so nice in helping us call the airport and to help us find other plans. Definitely would revisit!

Very helpful staff. Great location and facilities for the price. Only slight improvement to mention is that it’s a shame that there are no tea / coffee making facilities in room especially when there is already a fridge.

I was blown away by how hospitable Rebeca (the receptionist) was!!! She accommodated my late check in and even calling a tour company for me. She’s a real asset! The hotel overall was okay. Really cute room with French balcony doors! Well equipped rooms and walking distance to everything. Bathroom has been renovated. AC works beautifully. Bars, restaurants, and shops are literally just downstairs. However, they have an extremely small elevator (1 person luggage or 2 people without luggage) so if you don’t pack light, you might want to rethink your decision. Can be loud at night because it’s surrounded by bars/restaurants. My biggest complaint is the bed! It was extremely uncomfortable and hard. My tailbone hurt the next morning after sleeping on it for ONE night. Really awful for travellers who do a lot of walking/hiking like myself. Wifi isn’t the fastest either. Would’ve been nice if they had a bottle of water in the room too upon check in.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Petit déjeuner copieux. Seul bémol, revoir occultation des fenêtres par rapport à la lumière du jour. (rideau pas assez occultant). Hôtel très bien dans l ensemble.

Fair, but beware of stairs and parking

Positive: Room was good and had a small fridge, wich was very helpful. Location is great, just a small walk from the old town anda Massena Square. Negative: There was quite a long set of stairs to our room. The building is very old, and could see some renovation. Also had a problem when communicating about parking. At checkin they told us there was a dicount at nearby parking. They failed to tell us it's a night only discount, and we had to pay 44 euros for leaving the car parked for a whole day.

Perfekt beliggenhed. Hotel ligger på 4.sal i en beboelses ejendom. Den mindste elevator jeg endnu har set. Værelse er meget lille og badeværelse lugtede lidt ilde. Beliggenhed samt den lille balkon trække op. Morgenmad serveres kun på værelset. Til samme pris har jeg boet på bedre hotellet. Men alt i alt et godt ophold.

Pros: excellent location. Can take no12 bus from airport T2 straight to top of the road from the hotel. Safe, clean and great customer service. Thierry even carried my bag upstairs to my room - such a gentleman! Cons: no sound proof, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs! Also it gets very warm in room, even in October, but there is AC that helped.
