Fabulous Choice
My favorite hotel I stayed in while in Vietnam. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast is unmatched. I also liked the location close but in the mix. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Family Getaway with a Touch of Luxury
The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

Very sweet and friendly staff at front desk and spa. Jessy and Kathy helped us with information about surrounding areas and tours. Tran at the spa was excellent therapist. The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of space around the sink,there was no space for the toiletries.

Väldigt bra hotell med bra service! Vi bemöttes väldigt bra av personalen och speciellt av Lily. Rekommenderar detta boendet främst för hotellet då det var mycket bra men även för att den var nära med 10 min avstånd till allt via bil. Frukosten var väldigt bra och hade bra utbud!

The best
It was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were friendly, the food was good, the spa treatments were to die for and the rooms were stunning. But the best part was how amazing the staff made our trip. They truely go above and beyond to make your trip perfect giving you their personal WhatsApps so you can ask questions, book anything and get local recommendations. The staff that particularly made our trip were Jessi, Kathy, Ame and Ryan!

Lovely modern hotel, spacious rooms. Lovely spa, we had a great time. Lots of variety with breakfast but would suggest having more options for people who don’t eat pork. Shuttle to the old town is lovely but increased frequency would be preferred. It’s easy to get a “Grab” though so not a problem. Staff is super lovely. Lily, Ame and many others thank you for making our stay so nice.

Nancy is very friendly and helpful. I had a bad fall at Old Town due to slippery ground. Nancy recommended local ointment White Tiger balm to apply. It helped in reducing some pain. Jessie is another staff who is friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war mega. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und kamen den Fotos gleich. Ame und Kathy haben uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen, Tickets gebucht, Ausflugstips gegeben und sich immer gekümmert. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Nice and clean room with stable wifi and smart TV. Good breakfast spread. Play area with colouring activities for kids. Staff from housekeeping to bellboys are all very personable and helpful, especially Lily whom we could Whatspp-text for info and massage bookings, and also Nancy who is very hospitable. In-house massage was one of the best I’ve had that we had daily appointments! 10-15 mins drive to Ancient Town, 10-15 mins drive to Hoi A Memories Land, 30 mins drive to VinWonders, 5 mins walk to local market. Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable stay in Hoi An!

とてもいいホテルです。 部屋の掃除も行き届いており、虫や排水溝の詰まりもありませんでした。スタッフも丁寧で親切な人が多く、滞在中に嫌な思いをすることはありませんでした。 ナンシーと言うスタッフが非常に良くしてくれました。 オールドタウンから少し離れていますが、無料の送迎もあるので便利です。ホテルの前には美味しいフーティウやチキンライスのお店もあります。 ホイアンに来た際は、また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。おすすめします。

We had a great stay at the hotel! We were greeted by friendly staff. Lily was extremely helpful with our stay and helped us book a car. The room was very clean and came with water and some snacks. The breakfast was phenomenal, wish we could have stayed longer!!
