Very basic and noisy
The beds are very hard and pillows are so firm and have no give. The heat/ac is so loud.the hot water took 5 minutes to get to the faucet in the bathroom and was not that warm in the shower. You could hear every time someone around you turned on there water. Just not a restful environment . Dining table was very unsteady and afraid to place anything on it.

A little getaway
It is a cute place and the location is amazing. Easy walk to everything,food,stores and the ocean. Upon checking in we noticed a lot of "dirt" on the floor in the bathroom. The sink, toilet and tub were clean so that's a plus. The sliding door over one side of the balcony doors on one side was very difficult to open and close. We could not close one side all the way but it was enough to block out most of the window. If you are planning on working from your room at any time then don't book there. The internet connection was horrible. We couldn't stay connected for any length of time and sometimes could not even connect. When we called the office they told us it was because of the weather. The following 2 days the weather was fine and we still had the same issue.

Horrible Customer Service/Policies
During non-peak this property charges you a full night for plans being changed. In my case my car broke down on the way to the property. Instead of being customer focused they told us to pound sand. I would understand if it was during a low-availability time-period, but this was offseason.

Beautiful place, great location!
Everything was lovely. My one suggestion would be to replace the pullout couch with something more comfortable for sleeping. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

THE BESTSECRET Spot
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!!!!! Right across the street from the begininning of the marginal way, where you can walk, sit on benches and get to perkins cove without worrying about parking. Best of all right down the block from the restaurants and Frontporch !!!! We have found a great spot for all 4r seasons.

Good Place to Stay in Ogunquit
Seacastles enjoys a near-perfect location in Ogunquit, right across the street from the entrance to the Marginal Way. All the restaurants and shops in the village are in easy walking distance. My room, on the second floor, was spacious and very clean, and the bed was really comfortable.i appreciated the great lighting in the bathroom, and electrical outlets were plentiful and well-placed. It also had a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and 2-burner cooktop, along with glassware, dishes and silverware.

Great location, in front of Marginal way and near the restaurants and shops.Loved the kitchenette, had everything we needed to cook (bring your salt, pepper and sugar). Hotel feels old, our room and bathroom were not renovated. Expensive for an old room.

Our suite was clean, well supplied with towels, coffee, utensils, dishes, and easy to use appliances. The sitting area (couch & TV ) was very comfortable. We were conveniently located right across from a Marginal Way entrance and within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. We didn’t use our car until the day we left. We will be back!
