Tried to charge extra fees and staff not as professional as should have been about it !!! I paid ahead of time and when we actually got there to check in there were more added fees I did not know about or agree to pay 😡😡😡

I’ve stayed in a lot of budget motels. Key West Inn Wetumpka might be the nicest I ever stayed in. Clean, smelled good, and they even had an outdoor area where I could smoke a cigar. Thank you!

Not what i expected

Not a bad hotel. They need to update some features. Sheets had spots on them so i wasnt comfortable and bed spreads definitely need to be updated. Breskfast could have been a whole lot better. Overall not a bad place to stay.

This property was a great stay! It was convenient to shopping areas and a few restaurants! For the price I’d recommend staying there!

I won’t stay here again

There were 3 live bugs and one dead that we saw, it’s clear they don’t really clean like move anything and vacuum the corners. When I went to the front desk and informed the guy that they probably need to spray for bugs because there were love ones he didn’t apologize or seemed to care. Also when I mentioned he might want to make sure they are actually cleaning decent he said we tell housekeeping to do a good job but sometimes they don’t do it. That was it no apologies nothing. For $100 a night it’s definitely not worth it.

Love this place. We have now stayed here twice in the last 8 day's. Lol we plan on continuing to visit this facility. The employees are super nice, very friendly & helpful. We've had no issues checking in or out or during our stay. Thank you & see you again on our next visit.

Flat screen TV, microwave, mini fridge. Fridge super clean, microwave pretty clean just a little splatter food on the inside top, not much at all. Room #116 (ground floor)

Clean room, friendly staff

My friend and I chose this hotel for the convenient location and price. I didnt think to request a ground floor room at booking but when we arrived, the clerk was understanding and was able to locate one for us. When we walked into the room, it smelled so good and it was very clean! We only stayed 1 night but I would definitely stay here again!
