Location, beautiful, that’s about it.
Before our stay, we received an email and text explaining that check-in would be at a different “sister” hotel, not the property itself. When we arrived at the designated check-in location, there was a long line of guests from multiple hotels (this location handles check-in for four different properties), and only one employee was working. The check-in process was slow, disorganized, and frustrating—it could have been managed much better. The room itself was disappointing. It was older than we anticipated and had a persistent musty smell. The heating unit was awkwardly placed under a desk, making it difficult to access and posing a fire hazard due to the wooden leather chair blocking it. There were no extra towels, washcloths, or toilet paper in the room, and since there’s no on-site staff, we had no way to request these items. The microwave was unusable because the glass plate didn’t fit properly. Additionally, the sliding door only had a sheer privacy curtain that didn’t fully block the view from outside, leaving us exposed and allowing bright outdoor lights to shine into the room at night. The one positive aspect was the location—it’s right by the ocean with a beautiful view. However, the issues with the room and the overall lack of care for the property overshadowed this. This hotel has potential, but it desperately needs major improvements to meet even basic standards for comfort and convenience. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Girls trip to the beach.
We planned a multigenerational girls trip with the family. It was a great stay for my mom’s 70th birthday. Even the teens had fun. Accommodations were spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. It was a bit stormy but we enjoyed the fireplace as we watched a movie. Very clean with nice decor!

You have to drive to a different hotel to actually check in. No elevator so if you have luggage you are carrying it up stairs. The lady at check in was rude and didn’t seem to care we were frustrated with the inconvenience of having to check in at a different location. There are many better options than this

We rented an oceanfront suite. We kept the sliding doir open most of the time to enjoy the sea air. Nice accommodations but thebathroom was small and the bedroom door fell off a hinge. Overall good experience.

Disappointing
We were disappointed in this property. Lovely location and it has a lot of potential. But, the bathroom was very grimy, the decor and room dated and the property was VERY loud. We could hear the person above us snoring, along with the TV prior to him going to sleep.

The only thing I was not happy with was apparently I paid $150 more than I needed to for two days. They told me the price when I came in to the office and it was $75 a night cheaper than Expedia.

Cleanliness was so so. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. Of course they left a dish drainer, gloves, and and bottle of dish soap!!! Isn't the part about vacation mean not a room maid, a cook, a cleanup of three meals a day!!!
