We really appreciate how helpful the customer service was and how well they communicated. We did have an issue with arrival since there are two #18’s on the street. They answered our call at midnight and helped. The building elevator was broken which was a bummer but they really go out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The location was great!

The location is great. But the building has no infrastructure at all, with a tiny elevator that either fits the luggage or one person. The apartment was very dusty, and I had allergic rhinitis during the entire stay. The shower would get cold during use, and unfortunately, our water heater stopped working. Communication was difficult, and we had to be moved to another room. In the new room, the same issue happened — the shower would get cold halfway through, and the room was not well cleaned. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and there was a bad smell coming from the drain and toilet. The heating system didn’t work. The apartment didn’t smell clean, and neither did the bed linens.

The flat was very comfortable and in a great location—close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy, and our requests for extra towels and hangers were quickly taken care of. The bathroom was a bit small but met our needs. We did notice the kitchen faucet was loose and there was duct tape on the rain shower head, but overall, we had a pleasant stay and would book again.

Well positioned next to the Ponte Vecchio, and easily walkable to the Duomo, Uffizzi, Pitti Palace etc. A few minor glitches, but response time on WhatsApp, and in person where needed, was incredibly quick. A good location, pleasant flat, excellent service

L'appartement était bien équipé, propre et très grand, proche de tous les sites touristiques. Malheureusement, les fenêtres fermaient mal et étaient mal isolées,en plein centre ville de Florence, c'est très bruyant même la nuit et en févier la nuit il fait froid. Donc pour séjourner dans ce bel appartement, très commode pour les visites, il faut se munir de bouchons d'oreille !

Departamento limpio y muy bien equipado. Cerca de todos los puntos turisticos y a 20 minutos caminando de la estacion de tren. Durante la estadia tuvimos un par de inconvenites. En el check in por internet nos dieron mal el numero del departamento y cuando intentamos entrar habia otros huspedes. Eran mas de las 10 de la noche y nos preocupamos mucho porque nuestra sim card no funcionaba. Sin embargo en el pasillo del piso 1 Bob W tenia una red de internet abierta y nos comunicamos por whatsapp. En menos de dos minutos nos dieron el nunero correcto. Lo otro fue que un dia en la manana no habia agua caliente. Escribimos muy temprano y a los 15 minutos llego alguen a solucionar el problema. Recomiendo totalmente a Bob W. Lo mejor que tiene el apartamento es la ubicacion, el equipamiento y sobre todo la comunicacion con el equipo.

Excelente localização. O apartamento tinha tudo que vc precisa. Até um mimo com um bilhete de boas vindas. O staff super atencioso. O único porém foi um problema na fechadura do prédio que causou dificuldades por duas vezes. Fora isso, perfeito!

The property is centrally located to some of the most historic sites in Florence like the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Signoria. Had a few small hiccups like a malfunctioning front gate, but overall I would recommend staying here.
