Communication with the operator was ok. Didn’t wait long to check in and check out. Return of security deposit was fast.
However I was disappointed as I was expecting a hotel standard serviced apartment but sadly it was not. There was no towel ( bath, hand towels and mat towels all absent) in our suite after we checked in. They did bring the towels within 20 minutes after I texted them. The bath mats all look different and old. Bathroom amenities are cheap. They provide a large bottle of body wash and then a bottle of pink “shampoo “ in a transparent plastic bottle with a sticker “shampoo “ on it. Kitchen utensils and pots are of inferior quality. The place looked clean at first sight but when you look closely you see dirts and bread crumbs under the coffee table. There are also tiny tiny creatures ( we thought they were ants but they are a lot tinier) crawling around the kitchen counter. We cleaned the floor and counter with disinfectant wipes but couldn’t kill then all.
Housekeeping came on the third day and it was ok. We got fresh towels but bath mats were of different style, patterns and colors. Was hoping for all white, like towels.
One last thing is the fridge was not working properly. Freezer was ok but the upper compartment was not chilly. We just did not buy food that needed refrigeration.
