以價生比考慮這酒店是可以接受的，在地鐵站旁及去主要的景點只有30分鐘內車程！只是酒店沒有電梯很不方便，要是有大及較重行李就要再三考慮！

非常惡劣，恐怖。Terrible, absolutely terrible.
酒店內風筒已經毀壞 熱水供應很差。無空調，因此日間很熱，半夜就突然覺得很冷 訂酒店時，Brompton Hotel 說有咖啡機，有微波爐在房間。但結果沒有。Reception 的男孩無言了。 值得一贊的是，房間裡的浴室衛生情況良好，但是，廁所板不能拉起來，因此男士如廁時，會有點不便。

It’s a no
So we checked in. Very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. Condition very poor chipped paint, damp and mould. We went to our room which had mould in windows, marks across the roof, bath very poor condition. Beds were very uncomfortable, room was very hot. Carpet was bulging in place. We checked out all in all stayed for 30mins.

Super séjour !
Nous sommes restées 5 jours dans cet hôtel. Nous avons une mésaventure quand nous étions dans un restaurant. Un pickpocket a volé un sac avec dedans la clé de la chambre. L’équipe de l’hôtel a été compréhensive, soutenante et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Rien à dire sur la chambre et les équipements propres et fonctionnels. Merci à vous !

No good
This hotel does not provide driver's. Sheets and blankets are all you get, which considering it was -4 outside with single glazing is just not enough. There was also no cold water, so I couldn't have a drink, had to brush my teeth with hot water and I also couldn't have a shower as it was absolutely scolding hot.

Friendly stay at Hotel Balmoral
The hotel served my purpose. Very close to the tube station and Heart hospital. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable and room clean and tidy.

Very standard at best
Was very standard, stained, holes in floorboards. Toilet handle too close to sink, struggle to flush! No hand soap. Great view from window and lots of decent tv channels were the only positives I’m afraid.

Accueil sympathique mais pas d’eau chaude le soir. Difficulté à régler la température de l’eau dans la baignoire. Sèche cheveux très vétuste qui ne fonctionne pas, ampoule grillée et pas de ventilation qui fonctionne dans la salle d’eau. La chambre restait cependant assez chaleureuse et plutôt bien aménagée

Awesome location
The hotel room was clean and tidy. It was also cleaned daily for us. The location is the best part about this hotel. There are so many restaurants and shops right around it and the underground is a 2 minute walk away. The one downside was that we were put on the top floor and there is no elevator. So we got our exercise climbing 80 stairs everyday. Honestly, it was worth the location for us.

Super séjour!
Nous avons réservé la chambre en urgence le jour pour le lendemain. Les prix étaient corrects et très avantageux pour un quartier comme South Kensington. Les check in check out se sont passés à merveille. La chambre était très propre et les lits confortables. L’emplacement est idéal et on se situe à deux minutes à pied du musée d’histoire naturelle. Excellent !

Cheap and cheerful
Large family room with three single bwds and rhen interconnecting room with a double bed. Bathroom well presented and functioned well, good water pressure despite being on top floor. Beds were quute hard, not the moat comfortable, however i did manage to get comfortable enough to sleep. Haolened to be there during a storm and the windows were letting a bit of a breeze in, however, they are old buildings and i spose thats to be expected. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, as well as towels. Only stayed for one night but i would book tjere again if the need arose. Cheap and cheerful for location!! (1 minute walk from the natural hostory museum, 30 seconds from south kensington tube station. Very delicious sweedish bakery across rhe road).
