In comparison to the same hotel in Florence, C Hotel, Joy. The service in Florence and attention to detail at the same hotel was far superior to the one we stayed in Milan. Florence hotel management style with the personal touches was far more pleasing.

We showed up to the hotel and booked 2 premium superior rooms. When we arrived they said they have the rooms in an Annex building which was not a hotel with a lobby. It was a building with apartments and we were out on the 5th floor. Room was ok the biggest issue was the ac did not work. We spoke to manager and they sent several employees to make sure we had ac unit on correctly. We slept in a very hot room because the ac did not work, very disappointed.

Gostei muito do atendimento, da limpeza, tamanho do quarto, boas toalhas e roupas de cama de qualidade. Bons amenities oferecidos. Optei por tomar café da manhã nas imediações, portanto, não posso avaliar este item que também é oferecido pelo hotel. A comodidade de hospedar nesta região é estar próximo à estação Milano Centrale, de onde podemos ir a todos os pontos da cidade e ter facilidade de chegar e ir para os aeroportos. É uma região com boa oferta de restaurantes e mesmo na estação encontramos boas opções de entretenimento e comida.
