Spent 3 nights here while enjoying the PR area. The good: Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. Daytime Front desk staff were helpful. One of our rooms had an AC that wouldn’t adjust temp. Staff accommodated a move to a different room on the ground floor the following day. Breakfast was a standard continental. Staff kept it well stocked. The bad: The property itself is dated. The second floor decking has all-weather carpet that is ripped and loose in places and the floor feels like it is rotting. The older members in my party felt unsafe while walking it. The rooms look like they have had some updating, but the AC units are old, and the lighting is poor. We had a very large earwig in our bathroom.

Not a disappointment:)

First time staying here, the check in was quick and painless, very friendly staff, the property and rooms were very clean and inviting. It was in a somewhat remote area away from traffic noise, but also located a short distant from town. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was fine for our purposes. It was nice enough and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was much more than I had anticipated, which was awesome with semi-picky kids. The staff was professional and courteous. The downsides: the room had a weird smell, the toilet & shower were dated (vintage powder blue!), and there was no elevator in our building.

Met our needs

The room was clean. The room was about 85 degrees when we arrived. The sun was coming in through a large window and the window air conditioner was not turned on. So it took several hours to cool down. Stairs were no problem for us, older folks should know there is no elevator.

Low Quality Inn and Suites

Somwthing in the room made my allergies act up really badly. Maybe theres was mold from the air conditioner. There was a soft spot in the floor in front of the bathroom door aswell. The pool was closed in the middle of July, not that I would've swam in it.

Friendly staff

We chose this place because it said it had a restaurant and bar, but when we arrived it was not in operation. It would have been nice to know that when we were booking it. We would ohave went somewhere that had a pool then. We know there was no pool but we thought,..we dont have the kids we could make use of the bar and restaurant and just walk back to our room. Our kay card was turned off 2 time before our check out day/time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and had nice variety. Next time we see a place that says there is restaurant/bar we will call and make it open.

Our room, in the back building of the hotel on the first floor, had terrible noise constantly coming from above. Every time someone walked across the floor, the ceiling would loudly pop and crack - making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, our room had had the door kicked or broken in at some point, and the cracked door and doorframe still hung there, making it feel much less secure.
