Not worth the stay
Terrible experience. The hotel is outdated and by far the worst place I’ve stayed in Zion. The rooms are extremely small, the parking lot and spaces are tiny, and the overall setup is inconvenient. I’m okay with budget stays, but not this one. If you’re just looking for a bare-bones place to crash after exploring, it might work—but it’s definitely not worth the cost. No breakfast included, and the self-check-in process feels impersonal. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Better off sleeping in your car
Run down hotel. Ice machine has been out of order for months. The beds had several human hairs inside the covers. Nobody works there after hours. The number listed doesn’t work to reach anyone. Light burned out, live cockroaches and the continental breakfast was a joke.

Good local place
The place was clean. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were clean and worked properly. The location was great. We were able to walk to zion national park and food choices were close too.

Disappointing stay
Mid-leading online description 1. Not a 3 star hotel 1. Breakfast not provided before 7am and not sure if it is after. There are no employees on site from 3pm to 9am. 2. lobby was closed with “Help” phone messenger service which was not helpful at all 3. Parking/lidging felt unsecure with no employees on site over night 4. Bathtub lacking a plug 5. Orange & green fabric decors dated & patchy wall painting 6. Two cup coffee maker leaked the coffee on the counter.

The room was clean and cozy, and the service staff were incredibly kind. There was no breakfast as advertised, so that needs to be pulled from the website description if they do not plan on offering it going forward. Other than that, it was a great location!

Very close to a shuttle stop for Zion park, coming and going. Liked that we were able to leave our car at their sire until 6 pm on our day of leaving. Nice warm office area with hot coffee and roaring fire. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the old-fashioned pine furniture in guest rooms!

Uitstekend centraal gelegen hotel
Hotel ligt zeer centraal. Wij hadden twee connecting rooms. Alles was erg goed. Inchecken ging vlot, kamers erg netjes en schoon. Heerlijke douche. Koffie en thee in de lobby. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Just don’t.
The bed was worn out. Like in the 1990s. There was a visible 3”sag. The floors were filthy. The shower mat was black with foot prints. There we dozens of small touches like the coffee maker cord being to short to plug in to the fridge open the wrong way and not All the way that made anything larger than an apple impossible to put in and then you just had to grab around to reach. But the absolute tops what the room spelling like sewage. Every time you walked in—even if you left the exhaust fan running. 10/10 could not more strongly recommend ANY WHERE else.

The room was clean and the staff was nice but the air conditioning was terrible. They don’t want you to set it below 70 (it’s super hot) and the air conditioner sucks anyway. Even if you set it below 70 it barely runs and you can hardly sleep because you’re sweating. Won’t be staying here again just because the heat was terrible.

Requested adjoining rooms, our group received rooms in entirely different buildings! One couple in motel room, one couple in small cabin. Not rooms as advertised. Good dining available nearby, but we probably should have done more research about this location. Don’t think we’d choose this again.
